Err it's hard, it depends on a bunch of things about your firm & about your clients. Different PMs are going after different philosophies, oftentimes philosophies you don't realize you have until you start digging into them. @@jasoncpa Parsing then importing into QBD. I manage books for Condos and Hoas. AP is my bottleneck for growth and I would love to minimize data entry as much as possible.
@@RalstigRacing Gotcha. A bill pay solution is usually the answer here - like bill.com or Corpay One simplifies the entry portion then will push that data into QB desktop. Dext is probably the best non bill pay solution for this that still has a QBD integration.
My dad and I have a tax practice in Texas and use drake software but I’m interested in what software others use for “work flow/crm.” We have grown very rapidly (probably due to the underpricing Jason touches on in his videos) and I’m curious to hear other tax professionals input. If there is another place better for this dialogue please let me know.

Any suggestions for Invoice parsing for QB desktop?
You're thinking of parsing something then pushing it into QBD? Or pulling invoices out of QBD?
