I can't stand it when a game company feels it is necessary to mislead people to play their game. Especially when the actual game play is good enough of an advertisement.

I've been wondering the same thing. The gameplay for war robots is great and i have no idea why they feel the need to skew it. Usually its the terrible games that lie about how the gameplay is.
I remember the reason i downloaded wr was because of an ad and the ad was really cool (this was 4 yrs ago btw) it showcased gameplay on shenzhen and a fujin taran
War Robots was actually one of the last games I expected to advertise, granted if they advertised the actual game they would have to show how much money you have to spend to combat the Mk3's in Silver III, but they aren't accurately advertising it anyway, so just show what it used to be like
I think my fav thing is the Kid in the GTA copycat video is just like 10-12ft tall, and could never stomp on an automobile... but then the Arthur in the ending cut scene for that same clip, just obliterates a vehicle underfoot, implying that it is 100-200+ ft tall. And of course in the real game, they are of the same scale... And then in a another clip later in your video, the Kid is suddenly about 40ft tall and stomps a vehicle.
I'm surprised you didn't post the ones with a dog piloting a robot, or the super skeevy ones that heavily imply you get to either rescue or assault captured women in the game.
I think it would be cool to have another game in the war robots universe with non symmetrical gameplay where you fight aliens on Mars and elsewhere in the solar system.
Yeah that is funny. I play War Robots and there are no pedestrians, no police cars etc. Its like they took video from other games and combined it with WR bots. Its also funny when it shows the one larger bot head butting the smaller one. I have noticed what I think is a bug in the game in that sometimes bots can obstruct each other and push each other, and other times you go through the bots like magic. And this isn't when the bot you run through has some sort of effect running that might make that happen, its when everything is straight up. I've had that happen in the same battle where one bot blocks you and you have to go around it, and the next bot you walk right through like its not even there.

Fun fact. Pixonic and most other companies don't do their own ads. A third party agency does them and they do it to get people to clickbait. Misleading consumers should be illegal, yet, advertisers still do it.
I also love the total inconsistency with scale. Some times a Kid is big and other times it’s tiny with a Ravana being the same size. That Hawk had Scald with effects of a Viper. There’s another sniper video as well u didn’t have in there out in the dessert. But yeah, I do get a kick out of the blatant false advertising.

Well it's not, it is false advertisement that comes from a dev that we all know can be very greedy sometimes. It's called desperation, just saw a vid comparing WR to another game and Pix is in trouble. The active player numbers are the lowest since the game began, the chart showed WR has not been attracting players like it used to for a couple of years now. These fake adds are meant to juice interest.
