In our family we have examples of E34 M5, E36 M3, 525i, 328i, 325i, i3 & F87 M2. We count ourselves very lucky we have Bmw cars !

Es ist einfach mehr wie nur eine Automarke. Ich glaube garnicht das es immer greifbar ist, wie viel Liebe wir Fans für diesen Buchstaben empfinden. Was dieser Buchstabe in uns auslöst und was wir mit diesem Buchstaben verbinden. Ich habe das Privileg mit M Fahrzeugen groß geworden zu sein und ich liebe diese Marke. Mein Vater hat mir diese Liebe mitgegeben und ich werde sie an meine Kinder später weitergeben. Die Geschichte um diesen Buchstaben herum ist atemberaubend und einzigartig. Wir müssen alles daran setzen, dass diese Geschichte niemals in Vergessenheit gerät und auf ewig weiter lebt. Danke BMW M!

Oh man, ich bin mit BMW aufgewachsen und habe eine sehr enge Bindung zu dieser Marke,vor allem mit den M performance Modellen.
Ich freue mich jetzt schon darauf, irgendwann einen M3 in meiner Garage stehen zu haben

Ich habe letztes Jahr meinen ersten M3 gekauft, ich war immer ein grosser Fan von dem M3 seit dem E36. Ich war aber nie besonders Auto versiert...Seit ich dieses Fahrzeug habe bin ich süchtig danach, lese Stundenlang über das Fahrzeug und schaue mir Videos an. Und jedes mal wenn ich den Motor starte bekomme ich Hühnerhaut.
Schwer zu erklären was solch ein Auto für Emotionen auslöst, kontroverses Neuzeitdesign hin oder her.
Ich hoffe du kannst bald einen M3 in deiner Garage Willkommen heissen, dieses Gefühl solch ein Auto zu haben ist unbeschreiblich !

Für mich, als Sohn eines BMW M Karosserie-Ingenieurs, kann ich sagen, dass BMW seit beginn beginn meiner Tage eine große Rolle in meinem Leben gespielt hat. Gegipfelt darin, dass ich nun selbst als Mitarbeiter Teil der Unternehmensgeschichte sein darf. BMW schafft es seit bestehen, sowohl pionierartig neue Maßstäbe zu setzen, als auch ein hervorragendes Unternehmen für die Mitarbeiter zu sein. In 1991 BMWNA had program for the top 14 USA technicians i went Germany for 10 Days and part of the trip we went to the proving grounds -test track,crash testing center and saw the red E31 running around and rumor was the new 12cylinder motor to be for what turned to be the Mclaren F1 it sounded incresable!

OMG please made V12 on the new 8 series...
bei dem z3 kannst den Kofferraum mit Beton ausfüllen.... mein erstes Auto war ein e36 328i Coupe und er war einfach göttlich wie er fuhr und das schöne Getriebe. Freude am Fahren
Das gleiche Getriebe wurde auch im M3 3.0 verwendet. Fährt sich wirklich traumhaft.
Ja e34 Cabrio wär damals sicher durch die Decke gegangen!! Wenn man das immer zu der Zeit wüsste nä😊🥰

Als die Musikeinspielung zwischendurch kam musste ich immer leiser machen. Wäre schön, wenn das beim nächsten mal korrigiert wird und der Lautstärkenunterschied nicht so hoch ist. Und ich würde mir ehrlich gesagt wünschen, dass man beim Zeigen der Autos tiefer in die Feinheiten geht und mehr übers Auto erzählt. Ein 20-30 Minuten Video wäre wunderbar! Das nur als freundliche Verbesserungsvorschläge. Ich finde das Video trotzdem toll!

Der Mann weiss Bescheid! Und ich stimme ihm völlig zu. Leider ist dieses Credo spätestens seit der Abkopplung von den normalen Nieren zu den M-Nieren definitiv nicht mehr vorhanden. (zB 3er zu M3)
Anscheinend sagte im Hause BMW M irgendwer: die M Fahrzeuge müssen sich von den normalen Fahrzeugen deutlich unterscheiden. Warum? anscheinend der "Markt". Frage ist nur: welcher Markt? und stimmt das tatsächlich? Oder gibt es einfach genug Leute, die kaufen, egal was kommt?
Ich hoffe die nächsten 50 Jahre blenden die letzten 10 Jahre aus.. Und lasst uns mal lieber nicht über diesen Unfug eines "eigenen Gebursttagsgeschenkes" namens XM sprechen. Das einzige was der XM mit M zu tun hat, ist, dass man den Buchstaben M draufgemalt hat.
Und nun macht man eine Karossierieform, die nichts mit Sportlichkeit an sich zu tun hat, noch größer und schwerer, baut ein Plug-In Hybrid mit der kleinsten noch förderfähigen Hybridbatterie, bläst das auf eine irrwitzige Leistung auf, um vergleichsweise wieder schnell zu sein
Um das genauer auszuführen: 2700kg bei 750PS und ein E-Kennzeichen. Und eine Schönheit ist das Ungetüm ebenfalls nicht. So etwas ist nicht modern, sondern an der Realität vorbei. Um es stumpf zu sagen: Das ist definitiv nicht an der Historie orientiert, der neue Weg der bei diesem "Auto" gegangen wurde ist eine Sackgasse!
was wäre eine Alternative gewesen? Wenn Hybrid und neu und modern: ein i8M. aktualisiert, noch leichter, mehr Leistung, und mehr Reichweite. Die Basis wäre ja da gewesen. Dazu hätte BMW den "normalen" i8 wieder aufleben lassen können.
Oder nennt ihn i6.

In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime....( BABVVEN & TEBBVEN laws)
