    DA has been already confirmed by majority registered and stamp duty is also paid by the developer on it Few members had challenged the redevelopment procedure in Hon Co operative court but it is pending for order and no injunction is received.They didn't sign the DA but now one of those members wants to sign PAAA
    Can that member sign the PAAA?
    What should be the legal procedure to be followed by that member, kindly help

    You said a will is sufficient for inheritance by the nominees, when the owner dies During redevelopment . Isn't the nomination given to the society not valid for inheritance if the owner dies during redevelopment.
    Please clarify.🙏.

    If any additional Partner taken by developer and it is not in Registered DA and he is mentioned in PAAA is it valid or we have to do supplementary DA

    Sir, In PAAA what to do joint owners of the flat, POA can work for signing the agreement, or both the owners have to sign the agreement, coz one owner cannot come for signing the agreement and other owner can submit POA to other owner of the flat, please guide me

    I have purchased a resale flat under a Re-Development project from the previous owner with involvement of society and I have also paid stamp duty registration charges while I purchased my flat.
    Now while the demolition process is going on we are being told in last moment that we may need to repay the stamp duty and registration charges again.
    Could you please help me with this.

    Can the members vacate after receiving the registered DA and checking on all permission received by builder, also receiving pdc towards rent, but not yet signed PAAA. Builder says first members have to vacate only after that he will sign PAAA.
    Is there a risk in vacating your flat with out PAAA only after signing the DA.

      There is surely an element of risk if PAAA is not registered before vacating the flats. The existing members will not have any document to prove their accommodation in the redeveloped building after their existing building is demolished. It is advisable to register the PAAA before vacating. That should actually be a condition in the DA

    सर जब PAAA के वक्त स्टॅम्प ड्युटी भरी तो बाद में जब बिल्डरने बिल्डिंग बनाके रूम मालीक को रुम का पजेशन मिलेगा तब रूम का अॅग्रिमेट होगा तब भी स्टॅम्प ड्यूटी उतनीही भरणी पडेगी.

    Hello sir mera paaa agreement hua hai shop ka uski matket value developer ne 1 rs pakad ke 1100 stamp duty pay kiya hai , my question is is it valid and harmless for my future ?

      Stamp duty will be calculated not only basis the transaction value of the flat but also on the ready reconer rate of that CTS, whichever is more. Therefore, if the actual stamp duty as per the above method is not paid, it may lead to deficient duty and hence lead to complications in the future
