Ma’am, Even though I am awake most of the time, my smart watch shows as if I had a nap for 30 mins when I do this dhyaan.
It's very common to fall asleep when your body and mind are relaxing
Didi at first for two days I could focused in Dhyan and good result came. Next two days some disturbances came and couldn't do well. So bad feeling countynued. To day I practiced Dyan and yog as a result I am feeling peaceful. I am confident I will get victory. Thanks.

Didiji I suffered by cold and light fever for few days and couldn't do it. Now started it again. But I can't trust some vews said in it. As we can see nirakar and we are brahma. This is Baudh mat that doesn't match with bed bhagwat Gita ctc. Jagatguru Shree kripalu ji says Gautam budhh ko namaskar hai Lekin unke mat ka bahiskar hai. However for the peace of mind it is powerful.

Didi really this meditn. is very powerful. I forgot myself for the first time during it.I am an worryer since my childhood. As u know nothing happens without any reason and there is specific reason for it too. I am 78 yrs. Of age with good health but the tension is not giving me live healthy.Some unexpected events came one year ago and I cannot be normal since then. The reason is that my wife is paralyzed for many years and is unable to move.I myself is in need of a care taker but I have to do hers. I am in earnest need of relaxation but my negativity is so deep seated that nothing is being fruitful. Kindly guide me which technique should I follow. Thank u.
Acceptance is the key to stay relaxed. When we don't accept the situation, and keep asking why this has happened to me, we can never be happy. Daily meditation, Pranayama, sitting in sun, listening to good music can help. Yoga nidra works wonders to remove deep seated negative thoughts and memories. Wish you both good health
