    That is a great way to start the day thank you Don I've been diagnosed with gegenerative spinal deciese my world fell apart I used to run and kick box do kung fu and weight training. I've ended up on crutches felt very low even crying to how I have ended up I'm 66 dont drink or smoke eat healthy but I've discovered Don,s tai chi videos they have made me whole again thank you .Ken .England

    I love your classes. I am an Occupational therapist and recommend them for follow up after treatment is over. Thank you...I think your pace is awesome for my patients.

    I just did this with my 90 year old Mom and 95 year old Motherinlaw. Excellent simple exercises. I didn’t have tennis balls so I used oranges! Thank you very much!
