Lord this is one of the first games I've ever played. Like when I was 5. I always loss, never could figure out why (besides the fact I was a toddler). Watching this.... I noticed a lot of the character animations were VERY familiar.
My sister and I always thought Ricky Johnson was hilarious when we were little (probably because he stinks at baseball and has a football head), but we always put him on our teams! Best thing to do with him is make him bunt at bat, and everyone else (except Pablo) hit grounders. My sister finished a game with a score of just under 200 points! This strategy tends to crash the game when the score gets that high, but it is doable! I have a game I am trying to complete with a score of 173, but it keeps crashing every time someone steps up to bat… Maybe someday I’ll finish that game, but for now it is in limbo…
Please post more Backyard baseball. Love it. Would love a whole season. If you want to make the game harder when creating a new team you can choose no errors and the opposing team will not make any errors.
I miss it when Not The Expert did these types of videos the Backyard Sports series, NFL Streets, and off course the VR sports games. Those were so much fun to watch and they had really funny moments.
Reese was literally me when I did little league. They stuck me in out field since most small kids couldn't hit it out that far but when they did I couldn't throw the ball far enough from outfield to someone infield because I pathetically did not have any arm strength.
