Low serials on limiteds adds to the coolness and all, but since whenever the update drops and requires me to stay up all night just for the update, it really just isn't worth it, a limited is a limited, plus every serial is rare in its own way, since you are the only person with that serial in the entire game anyway

It's the serial, it says how fast you bought it. The first player who bought the vehicle gets number 2, second one number 2… It doesn’t change anything and doesn’t affect anything.
