You should build a bamboo farm for fletcher stick trade also its easier to find bamboo in shipwrecks instead of looking for a jungle

I think you should automate the harvesting of your wheat it will save a lot of time and you will only have to replant I will love it if you do it
The only advice I think I can tell is that a lot of the village seems empty with much space between the houses. Don't hesitate to put details outside the buildings like some carts, little... guichets ? (don't know the word sorry) and just a bunch of things that will add life by being there. Trees, statues, little walls...

You could transform the tower into a windmill - would look epic inside the wheat field :)

Some tips:
Light up the village. Mobs can spawn and kill your villagers. Mobs spawn in light level 7 or less. You can use an ovelay mod to see the light level
Fence the village so mobs can't get in. Make some entrances in and out the village (fence gates or carpet on a fence)
Turn a villager into a zombie villager then cure him for cheap trades. You could get 1 emerald for 1 stick if you constantly do it.
Spawn Iron Golems if you want
Use carpet on top of a fence to enter your animal farms without the animals leaving easily.

village trades reset after they sleep, and you put beds inside😅😲😜
They reset from sleep only if you haven't traded with them yet, to lock their trade you can just do one trade and you're good. The bed let's them refresh their items if you've traded with them alot. Thanks though ♥️
I have a survival superflat farming world where the only things I start with are plants (seeds, saplings, flowers, etc), I have finally finished my house and I'm kind of stuck on what the next step should be so I'm looking for suggestions, tyyy
