A lot of groups have that undertone they use when they have to dance that fast choreography so I think that's reasonable for them to use that then but, when they're singing like this they shouldn't have to do any kind of lip syncing.

For the ones fighting over the voices or lines that members get or whatnot in every song: Let's not forget that Kihyun is the main voice while Shownu and Wonho are lead voices and Hyungwon and Minhyuk are sub voices. It's not that the producers don't give them more lines, it's the way the voices are distributed among the team.
