Cleaning Classic Sony Camera Straps back to Brand New Condition

These camera shoulder straps are in good condition but they seem to have never been cleaned throughout their lifetime. A simple clean has transformed these shoulder straps into like new condition!

This reminds me, I need to clean the straps that go with several of the Handycams in my collection. Yours cleaned up quite well!

I’m glad that the fabric is still in good condition, but they definitely needed a deep clean. They are pretty easy to clean, definitely worth doing since who knows how long it’s been since Handycam era shoulder straps have been cleaned, at least for these ones. I’ve still got a bunch of different things that need a good clean, but at least some progress is better than nothing!
