They can be so fun & different! Today I'm showing you how to take a simple maxi dress and make yourself a fun new jumpsuit! Refashioning is the best way to try new trends without breaking the bank!!

Oh you are the sweetest! You are so awesome. Keep going! It is so fun & lots of practice is the key. I have been sewing since I was a little girl, but nooooot consistently that whole time! Haha. My mom taught me the verrrrrry basics when I was like 7 and then would try to teach me about patterns and techniques and such when I was a teenager but I wasn't cooperative haha. I hate patterns! So I've really just kinda figured it out on my own... Pinterest & youtube are great teachers!

If you put one pant leg inside the other (right sides together) the crotch seam is much easier to pin and sew.
