Picked mine up today. It came razor sharp an smooth as can be. I've never handled a bugout either but this knife in d2 is well worth it. Cut a bunch of cardboard various thickness an it's still hair shaving sharp.
Yeah, it's definitely impressive for $10. I haven't cut any cardboard yet, will have to try that. One guy claimed he cut cardboard for 7 hours, I think, before it was dull.
Yeah, but I have a few other knives that fill that niche. :-) It does seem to be smoothing out with lots of playing with it though. It's so popular, I could probably sell it for $12 and make a profit! :-)
