I've learned that you should only put concealer near the corner of your eyes and not where your crows feet are, as over time it will crease even if you bake. Putting concealer there apparently also makes your eyes look smaller as well.
realllllyyyy try get the sleep schedule sorted, but if you’re still tired after a decent night sleep you might want to get iron levels checked again, i was severely anaemic and needed injections to boost the levels 😭 lavender and magnesium are also supposed to help too! ❤️

Mads there's a website called findation.com and you enter your foundation shades from brands you currently own and depending on what you've entered it gives you shade recommendations, the recommendations have been accurate for me so far so use it when shopping online for brands you've never used before :)
