Houlton Maine could use one because two blocks to Houlton Regional Hospital for a traveling nurse. Because you can walk down over the Highland Ave bridge to go out to eat, to the movies, library, shopping... just two blocks the other way. River trail, walk it daily will help your ticker.
83 is a little easier and when you are parked on a Maine lake. Feel badly when power is out in areas that have those kind of temps like you do @michaelball760 !

Ah... thank you. Actually US RT 1, RT2, RT2A and I-95 all do connect to Houlton which leads to the Trans Canada highway to the east! Houlton is the hub for transportation and there is an airport!
