Fair point on the clip. Hadn't run into that yet as usually I'd run the medium on that size tank. Might be a way we can upgrade it down the road. Thanks for making the video.

Yeah. Similar thing in my experience. If you move the clip to the static pieces, it's a bit easier to manage. Honestly, I'd remove the clips (airline holders) and just have more parts in common (lower price).
@AquariumCoop What is the minimum height of the aquarium needed so that the tube when attached to a dponge filter doesn't stick out of the water?

Hey I was just there and got some Val! Just moved here and so cool to see my local shop shared by the Co-op. I got to help a little prototype the air collar, if you guys ever could use some 3d printing / design help I do it for fun when I have time and would be happy to help my local LFS.

Love your laugh, kept me watching. This is such an old design I can’t believe you are so excited about it. I understand in the USA you all used hangons but this is normal in Europe. Was on under gravel filters at least back in the 90s. Great enthusiasm tho. Keep up the great work.

Next version, they should make the curved part self adjust to the water level. Like surface skimmers. Would make it more pricer, but would be sick if you want optimal water flow.

You dont need an airstone but you could still put one in to increase the flow.
It would be nice if it was able to self adjust height for evaporation.
Where should it be placed on a fluval flex, where the bio media is in the back and water flow is left to right. The biomedia is in the left and middle chambers. The middle chamber has the sponge. So where should I put the sponge filter I just bought from them on the left or right side, to create a left to right flow in the rear chambers?
I have the small sponge filter with the easy flow...the whole thing. I don't know how to use a sponge filter but my eater pump is wearing out. I do have an air pump. Is that absolutely all I need? I'm putting it in my 15g fluval flex because the pump has slowed down so much
Could always simply use an air hose suction cup right above the last clip on the tube amd that would be fairly secure

What sucks is I just purchase 2 small and a medium sponge filter a couple weeks ago. I was looking for something like this. I saw Cory playing with them on a video. I'll look into purchasing if the price is right.
