Re making Nakba education illegal: the New Historians based their updated histories on declassified documents released in the 70s. These resulted in many books on the Nakba. When Likud came into power, the re-classified these documents. Can't have none of those facts floating around, now can we...

🎯 Key points for quick navigation:
00:00 *💔 The Israeli-Palestinian conflict: a brutal and seemingly unsolvable situation*
    - The speaker expresses their despair over the conflict and the ongoing violence, highlighting the need for justice and the devastating impact on civilians.
    - The speaker also points to the vicious tribalism and lack of empathy present in the conflict, with children and babies being casualties of the violence.
01:49 *🛡️ Blaming the British Empire for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict*
    - The speaker argues that the founding of Israel was a colonial act, a continuation of European colonialism's mistreatment of Jews, with Israel serving as a tool of revenge rather than a solution.
    - The speaker blames the British Empire for creating a recipe for conflict by placing Jewish survivors of the Holocaust in a land where they are surrounded by Palestinians whose homeland was taken from them, leading to generations of hatred and violence.
03:17 *🌏 Parallel with the Ugandan conflict: using a group to further their own agenda.*
    - The speaker draws a parallel between the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the Ugandan conflict, arguing that both are rooted in historical colonial actions and the manipulation of power dynamics by British colonizers.
    - The speaker highlights how the British exploited divisions between groups, using certain groups as enforcers to maintain control and quell resistance. This tactic, repeated across different territories, resulted in continued conflict and instability even after colonization.

I am a set of a’ priori modes, not a body of limbs and organs. We need to move beyond the notion of “We”. Human is a loose notion at best. In essence, the body conduit has no fixed predicate in the abstract lens so the premise is incorrect. What is it of us, that knows this?
Until we know more, we are a set of a’ priori modes trying to stabilise our line in an ocean of dissipating variables. We should define ourselves in this manner. We are a set of modes that allow for systematic alignment. A set synthesised with realities structures and stresses. Understanding this is the next step. Everything else is tied up in a field of inverted axioms and that path is a dead end.
It keeps going round in circles. One has to look through the phenomenological lens if they want beyond this primitive, half developed monkey head paradigm but who’s really ready for that path.
If you want to understand the modes - UA-cam - new paradigm fish by Yap. Stripping it right back.
Alternatively- read my work for free on medium. New paradigm fish Yap.

Being super-smart in one or two areas doesn't make a person knowlegeable in all areas. Many intelligent people make this mistake, and feel they must be experts in everything, because they happen to be experts in something/s. But if they didn't study it well, they just don't know. Realizing we don't know everything is also important. He has opinions, like we all do, but he is not an expert in the history of this region.

great professor in human behavior biology, not so great at history though... doesn't understand the conflict, gets to conclusions divorced from reality given he is basing his analysis on propaganda, half truths and lies (since he is not living in the area he cannot easily debunk any of them). And therefore unfortunately cannot help with solving the conflict...
If you are a Palestinian or consider yourself Pro Palestinian, just think about it: you get 5 minutes to pat yourself on the back and feel understood (because he understands this conflict through the lens of the same propaganda pretty much you were taught, unless you're an Islamist, then the explanation is different).
But what is the cost? the cost is measured in lives, the longer it takes for people to understand the conflict as it really is (and not through the lens of lazy intellectually Marxist leftists of colonizers and Imperialists).
this is it, nothing more, nothing else. it does work financially. pandering to an audience, be it pandering to pro this or pro that side. the trouble is that giving objective journalism isn't that lucrative anymore. each side will find a reason not to donate (because each side will "feel betrayed" that the other side is represented).

    • @DoctorOzelot
      @DoctorOzelot 2 місяці тому

Yeah - great word salad there. Sure sounds smart. But there is a real world out there where things happen and generalizations like "oh your side believes in propaganda" and "you don't understand history" are worthless. When you push people into the dirt, when you tell them that now you decide and not them, when you kill their friends and relatives - that is real. And you no longer live in this reality. Because to you it is important, that you are on the good side of the good people - so anything your people do is justified and anything the other side does is lies and propaganda and with bad intent - and of course your enemies just do it "for the money", because they are all evil and have no principles - oh my, they don't even feel human anymore, do they - wouln't you say they are more "human animals"...
Little side not - I know a lot about German history - and even though the political situation in this conflict is quite different - the attitude of Israelis towards "Arabs" is very similar to how the Nazis viewed the Jews... A 1920ies proto-Nazi would tell us now, that we don't understand what the Jews have done to his people, that they are barbaric and devious terrorists - that they are paying people to spread their lies and propaganda...

Such a twisted and misguided summary:
--Assuming that the British were acting out of some kind of European collective guilt and in self interest of their fading empire, as evident in the England France support for or use of Israel in the 1956 Suez war??
--Forgetting that half of Israel's population is of middle eastern (largely Arab states) origin and much of their exodus was driven by the rise of Arab nationalism, not Israel.
-=-Completely overlooking that the true Middle East arms races are driven by the value of OIL to the world's competing economic and military super powers. This would be going irrespective of whether their were 8 million or just 8 jews in Israel / Palestine and it would have in all likelihood, consumed the so called mandate of Palestine and the newly created majority Palestinian Jordan by now.
--No relevance given whatsoever to the massive cultural links in Jewish culture to the land, language and culture of that region.
--No context to any other population upheavals in the aftermath of the fall of colonialism; each of them one part organised alliance and ten parts chaos
--No consideration that the Brits an French "played" all side for their own interests; Many of the Arab military forces had been trained by or were still receiving training from British military advisors. Under the British Mandate and colonial rule, countries like Egypt, Jordan, and Iraq had benefited from British military training and equipment; Jordan's Arab Legion:** The Arab Legion of Jordan, commanded by British officers, most notably Glubb Pasha (Sir John Bagot Glubb), was considered one of the most formidable and well-organized Arab military forces.* Apart from the British, the French also had historical ties with Syria and Lebanon, influencing the military structures and providing arms and training.
-- if all arrogance was off the table, given the economic and military balances in the region; where to logically in the context of workable human politics.
Plenty of context to given to the ugly side of Israeli politics. Not sure how much context given to the ugly side of Arab / Palestinian politics. Is there one? it is just possible?
it is just possible; (just a little possible) that Israel was not entirely a European invention. Just possible.
Oh well. Spoken with authority ---- of sorts

    • @DoctorOzelot
      @DoctorOzelot 2 місяці тому +1

Well, the Palestinians lived there before Israel. It's not pathetic to state a fact. "The only democracy in the region..." is a slogan just like "Make America greate again..." you don't think about what those words mean - you just repeat the mantra to show that you are one of the "good people" and those people over there are the "bad people". What democracy means, what history this concept has does not factor into your thinking and you also do not contemplate on who exactly is denying Palestinians "democracy". Telling people under occupation - who cannot have a free democratic government, because they are under foreign, hostile military control - that they suck, because they don't have democracy is a special kind of messed up - it's like breaking someones legs and then calling them lazy, because they cannot go to work... Western powers under the leadership of the US have worked very hard to prevent any kind of democracy in the Middle East...

Sapolsky neglects the negative ancient Greek opinion of the Jewish tradition of circumcision, MGM. An opinion that existed for centuries before Christianity, European tribes first considered Jewish tribes primitive and barbaric because of this tradition. He's a brilliant neurobiologist but has been influenced by biased historical interpretation. Sure, Europeans were jerks. But what country or civilization was better?
At the heart of the horror in Gaza are the shame and honor-based cultures that are both Muslim Arab and Jewish Israeli. They are more alike than different from each other. Even though Israelis share more values with the West than any Muslim country. The Middle East cultures need sex ed covering MGM, FGM, the murder of homosexuals, forced female body coverings, and rape of children and spouses.

Ethnic cleansing and apartheid an essential reqrmnt and continued genocidal policy implementations...
In short making red indians out of natives....
"The elders wil die n the Youngs wil forget" Ben gurion
The zionist crimes had started since 1897....
1897- the first zionist congress under theoder hertzl establishment of Jewish COLONIAL Bank to promote migration for demographic change
1917- Balfour declaration legalization of th migration of European jews and empowerment of Jewish gangs of irgun hagannah Lehi and stern later absorbed into idf to ethnically cleanse the region
1948- UNO declaration to legalize the Settler colonial zionist enterprise which was immediately implemented by the massive crimes against palestinians which they call nakba or the catastrophe.....
As for fog of war n innocents getting killed on both sides .... it's clear nobody can convert a criminal thru reasoning n arguments because they will keep on repeating the lies of beheaded babies n rapes to justify their crimes ... Haaretz has made clear beheaded babies n rapes on 7Oct2023 was a israeli lie

G-d gave a portion of the Holy Land to the children of Ishmael. Based on Zohar Shemot 32A
    ------
[R. Hiyya then says] Woe is to the time that Ishmael was born into the world and was circumcised. What did G‑d do [to appease Ishmael]? He distanced the children of Ishmael from supernal cleaving and gave them [only] a portion below in the Holy Land on account of their circumcision.
And in the future, the children of Ishmael are destined to rule over the Holy Land for a long time when it is empty from anything, like their circumcision which is empty and imperfect. And they will prevent the children of Israel from returning to their place until the reward for the merit of the children of Ishmael reaches completion.
The children of Ishmael [i.e. the Arab nations] will cause great wars in the world and the children of Edom will gather against them and wage war against them, one on the sea, one on the dry land, and one near Jerusalem. And they [the children of Edom] will rule over them [the children of Ishmael], but the Holy Land will not be given over to the children of Edom. [The children of Edom is the Christian West, for Edom is Rome (see Num. 24:19, Rashi) and Rome signifies Greece-Rome and the Roman Catholic Church, the foundations of Western Civilization]
    --------------
It had already been prophesied in the Bible that the descendants of Ishmael/Arabs shall administer the Temple Mount/Jerusalem.
    Isaiah 60:7
"All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together unto thee, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister unto thee: they shall come up with acceptance on mine altar, and I will glorify the house of my glory."
Kedar is the second son of Ishmael, and founder of the tribe that bore his name (Genesis 25:13). Many Arabs trace their lineage back through Ishmael to Abraham.
All the flocks of Kedar - On the word 'Kedar,' see the notes at Isaiah 21:16. The Kedarenians were a wandering tribe that frequently changed their residence, though it is probable they usually dwelt in the south part of Arabia Desert, or the north of Arabia Petraea. They are mentioned as dwelling in beautiful tents Sol 1:5 : 'I am black, but comely as the tents of Kedar,' see Psalm 120:5; compare Isaiah 21:16-17; Isaiah 42:11. The language here also means that that which constituted their principal wealth would come and enrich Jerusalem.
The rams of Nebaioth - Nebaioth was also a son of Ishmael Genesis 25:13; 1 Chronicles 1:29, and was the father of the Nabatheans. They were a people of Arabia Petraea, and lived principally by plunder, trade, and the keeping of flocks. The country of Nabathea extended, it is supposed, from the Euphrates to the Red Sea, and embraced Petra, the capital of Arabia Deserts, and also Medaba. It is not possible, however, to fix the exact boundaries of the various tribes of Arabians. The general idea is, that their most valuable possessions would be devoted to God.
Dome of the Rock is the Third Temple. There are some interpretations of the Bible that suggest that the construction of the Dome of the Rock is prophesied in the Book of Daniel. Specifically, some people believe that Daniel 12:11 is a prophecy about the building of the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem. "And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days." [Daniel 12:11]
It is a heresy/unholy to think that Jews shall administer Temple Mount/Jerusalem as it had been clear in the Holy scripture that descendants of Ishmael/Arabs had been ordained by G-d to administer Jerusalem/Temple Mount.
