That tree u cut down. Before u cut it to far down u can wrap a chain about a foot or more or less depending on how big it is, and attaché the chain to your hitch and yank it right out. Works best when ground moist instead of rock hard dry!
I thought about that, but I seem to worry about it slipping off the stump and slingshot forward and hitting my truck. I have ripped them out before with a heavy duty tow strap when I had my F-250.
@@AZOFFGRID when I do it I leave branches on enough to keep the chain from slipping off. Just trim enough to get to the lower part of main trunk and wrapped the chain couple times. I need to be out there today doing some tree trimming and a hundred other things! Turn Starlink off!
Do you have anything under the shipping container? If not i'd suggest popping that thing up and throwing some railroad ties underneath there to keep it out of the moisture..... just a thought, i buy & sell them and sometimes i buy them from private sellers off their properties and the floor supports can get pretty rusted out sitting in the dirt etc
It is currently sitting on the ground. I will lift it at some point.

I am just curious how much does that wind generator put out, is it like a trickle charger or if I put a bank of them would it be able to charge the batteries actually? Here in Snowflake we get quite a bit of wind, and it would be nice to be able to also charge the batteries at night…
I've touched on this in many of my videos. This wind turbine is defective and does not work. It never worked properly since the moment it was installed and then it quit working all together shortly thereafter. You absolutely could charge a battery bank with wind turbines, but it would only be supplemental to your solar since it's not always windy and wind speeds vary throughout the day.
What elevation is the Homestead at?…..
