I bought my Villeroy and Boch china when I lived overseas. This brand is one of the best and most durable ever. Also keep your eye open for Hutschenreuther and Kaiser brands. Those are excellent quality for your everyday porcelain. Enjoy your tea time with your friend!
That Miss elaine Pajama set retails for about $70! You get lucky at these shops, I never find good items in great shape. You really have to have a good eye and kind of know your stuff. You are amazing. I love your videos and you in general. Thanks for being such an inspiration.
Hi Karen! I get my days mixed up too...so true they run into one another. Have to start “combing” through more closely here too, sometimes I get lazy or tired because the odds of finding special brand names in clothing, is pretty dismal here in my area of Vancouver Island Canada. But I do really well with mall brands. Am currently trying harder than ever to only settle for NWT, NWOT or like new condition. There’s a LOT more competition here selling clothing. I also sell hard goods when able to find stuff worth selling. Love your videos, Karen, thank you!! I relate to you being over 60! I am 66! ( so hard to believe, I usually feel in my 40s orrr 50’s. Hehe. ) Have a great day!! From, Charleen 🛍🦋😃
Thanks for sharing! Love your channel & IG - one of the 1st I found when my reselling journey began 2 years ago. I started on Poshmark and just recently began adding in ebay. Must admit I was more intimidated by ebay b/c of their shipping -but channels like yours helped push me to give it a shot. Thanks again & blessings to you! -Sommer
Lovely home, beautiful roses!!! Like the artwork with scripture you put on the wall by your office. Your girls are definitely a blessing as you are to them, I am sure. Appreciate your commenting and explaining how you decide what to limit yourself regarding prices, etc. very interesting video!!
Karen, thank you so much for having professionalism and showing us what it looks like! I absolutely adore your style! Some resellers need to take lessons from you on how to organize their storage areas! No clutter and taking care of what you bring home as soon as possible adds to that extra flair you have! I know there are behind the scenes tiny messes but we don't see it and that is ok with me! You are rocking this site and I really enjoy watching you shop, I learn so much! Keep up the great content, even Roger is like eye candy to us! Teehee! Hugs from Louisiana!

Great haul. Love the tuna shirt I always learn something new on your channel. My Dad used to read the paper at the morning breakfast table. He would comment or discuss what was going on and it was fun and interesting. He would always hand us kids the comics. Good memories.

I love when you show The knockout roses and when you showed your front yard and how the plants and landscaping have really become happy and settled with your yard. You have a great Green thumb. Knockout roses are the best for heat resistance and always looking good and yes they do love to be cut back all that energy goes back into the root ball that makes more beautiful flowers. Sometime take a trip to Tyler Texas, that's the knockout rose capital. So many different colors and variations
Naot is pronounced nay-oat. Great find! Also, those black abeo sandals may have been a good pickup, depending on condition of course. I've resold several pairs for decent money.
The little trinket box marked "Design" is actually a free item that came when you bought perfume call "Design" by Paul Sebastian. (I could tell by the lettering when you flipped the item over). It was a fragrance my family wore all the time in the 80's and 90's...I actually still wear it! The scent always reminded me of clean scented bubble bath. Lol! There was usually always a free gift with larger purchases, whether it be coffee mug or some kind of ceramic figurine in the finer department stores.
I have 3 fuscia pink knock out roses I bought in 2019 at WALMART of all places. They have more than quadrupled in size this year and are already covered in blooms (even after a deep freeze this winter in Oklahoma) and blooms last all summer as I dead head them. So easy...all I did this spring is cut them down to about 2 feet. Last spring I didn't do anything to them but they still bloomed like crazy. Love, love, love!
The Goodwill in Etown now has a fence around the building. Looks like they are going to start working on it soon. I went past on Monday. 💜🙏🙏 Those roses are beautiful 🌷
I am loving your popcorn roses but now I want popcorn and it’s breakfast time. Thank you 🙏 for taking us shopping some of us aren’t back to normal yet.
Hi Karen, there are two kinds of resellers and their styles when out thrifting. First there is the reseller who goes through a thrift store like they are running a race, they zoom to shoes then pots and pans then clothes then hardgoids and are out of the store in 10 minutes. Then there are the second kind where we fit in, we go into the thrift store ready for a 8 hour day, comfortable shoes check, drink check, lunch check and we go and look at everything, we inspect, sniff, feel, shake, tap tap tap and check everything, then we go through again to make sure we didnt miss anything. I think what makes group two different is we love thrifting for the experience almost more than the income, the first group loves the income more than the experience, of course there are those who just don't have the time . When I am thrifting all my stress goes away, I am in my happy place, just being there digging to get to the back of a shelf fills me with joy. I think we are the same, kindred thrifting spirits lol. Hi, Just fyi, those Womens Abeo Sandals might have been worth picking up if not too high a buy price. I heard sandals are selling well now, so I looked at solds for these on ebay (yes I am learning brands all the time too) and for a used pair in great condition pretty close to what you looked at they sold for $30 plus $10 shipping.. I think $30 - $32 probably a comparable price on those.
The "poorly done "candleholder is most likely a Colonial Williamsburg reproduction, but there are some other potteries that do that style of traditional salt-glazed items including Rowe Pottery Works and Eldreth (which, by the way, I knew nothing about until I saw something of theirs in one of your haul videos!).
