Quarantine Drive in my E92 M3. I visited Precision Dynamics Motorsport (@precision.dynamics on ig) in Costa Mesa to get a few things done before my upcoming road trip. On a BMW the light is to simply let you know the engine is still there
But now toyota and bmw work together 😂

About a year ago I went to a local car meet and met this guy that let me drive his e92 m3. Literally gave me the keys and said go have fun. Now this was my first time driving a car with more than 400 hp and the way my face lit up when I gave it gas for the first time was unforgettable. I really want to buy one before they get really expensive
Also, this exhaust is on point. I’ve heard a few systems that somehow made these cars sound bad but yours is great.

I would never buy this car in 6MT, you lose so many benefits. I was a die hard manual guy until I got my DCT, upshifts sound like a ferrari FXXK very unique beautiful popping sound, aggressive downshifts sounds like a Maserati MC stradale. You can never get as good of downshifts with the MT. Getrag made the DCT and it’s bulletproof for a stock M3. No service or fluid change ever needed. Plus, with the low torque s65, the instant shifts keep your revs up to keep the power up at full throttle. Finally, 6th gear ratio in the 6MT bogs down to like 1k rpm on the freeways, you can literally lift the wheels off the ground and take the car past 200mph in 6th gear. I’m selling my DCT after 3 years and over 130k miles. Buying another one shortly, DCT again. Highly recommend.

thank you! I agree, everyone wants me to get a flame tune and idk I just like it the way it is now. plus I get little natural backfires occasionally that are plenty for me. I'm not a fan of that popcorn burble tune at all.
lol just got my EcoBoost mustang e30 tuned with my new intercooler and cat deleted and had them add that in to the ecu map. Now it sounds like a machine gun is going off and my gf is pissed. Yeah it's annoying af but my whole goal with my car is trolling mustang gt's.

@@XOTheEmreOX e9x gen m3's dont have it, but can add it by going aftermarket. Also watching the video this guy doesn't have it, you can see him pressing gas as he downshifts and sometimes overrrevs a bit.
But so basically if you didn't know, some manual transmissions have an auto rev matching feature, which senses in which gear you are going to shift and automatically blips the throttle exactly as needed for that perfect downshift, smooth as silk. Believe it does it for upshifts too if you've let revs too low. It's installed from factory on f80 gen m3
@@XOTheEmreOX I edited my comment, forgot to write it in that looks like this guy doesn't have it as you can see him blip the throttle on downshifts and over reving a bit sometimes, computer would do it perfectly all day
Christian Andolini incorrect, not this generation M, F80 comes as a standard
s k the f80 only comes with auto gearbox so it’s not really auto rev matching it’s all part of the DCT
When you get close to the tailpipes, the subtitles say “music”. Correct

Tristan von Weiss comparing it to the e90/92 it sounds like ass. Same thing for the Ford Raptor. I understand it has performance benefits, but most 6 cylinder engines hardly sound good. The m2 sounds better than the m4.

Not long sold my E60 M5, watching this had made me regret it! Miss just taking it out for a “sensible economical drive” as I use to say to my fiancé. Haha
