@@MagnusZero I could never get the shield boomerang loop to work against them or in general. So props on that. I wound up no damaging them with sword and blaster + ice chip. Extra speed in Active Form helped greatly. Since I didn't use the shield, I just wound up learning the patterns of bug boy's blaster shots and bait and dashing them.
I think your commentary is just as interesting as your gameplay. I haven't been able to find someone who cares enough about these games to talk in-depth about them, and I find talking about individual stages and bosses quite entertaining (sorry if I sound like a nerd). Also, shoutout to Zero 2 for making the Shield Boomerang useful.

I discovered that truth myself that a lot of people (other Mega Man runners on this site, more specifically) don't put in the effort to share the information that makes these type of runs possible (which leads the viewers to think we don't struggle making these runs). I hope to change that with this run and all the following content I have brewing. If we want the MM fandom to grow, we need to be more transparent and connected with each other.
