As you enter other rooms you should consider prebuilding boxes for donations. I sense a day coming of just resorting things you already decided you’re decluttering. If you already had containers ready for donation it would save a step.

Hurts my soul! 😆 Im pretty frugal. But its not my money so whatever. One of the empty drawers can keep all your pouches for luxury items, dust bags, and smaller tote bags and zippered pouches that are helpful to put inside of daily purses and totes or for packing and that way they are all in one spot if you ever want/need a smaller bag or pouch for organizing your house or suitcase or daily purses/tote bags!
Currently my living room is my "closet" for myself my husband and my kid lol clean clothes are all over that room, I need to sit and go through them all

I feel like the way you put the shoes in the shelve are more for display, not organization. For example, they could’ve been placed by how often you use them. Boots seemed to fit on the highest shelf since they were tall and you don’t reach for them often. The heels could’ve been color coded. They all would’ve fit on the shelves. 😊

Regarding your duffle bag storage, what if you put them in one of the upper cubbies that you can't reach? I feel like its a good place for storing things you don't need too often, at least thats how I utilize those spaces. My most messy room is definitely my bedroom because of the wardrobe thats there and my clothes 🙈
