Please tell me that you continue filming the project!? I mean, show us all nexts steps of this project! 🙏🏼 regards from Costa Rica, someday I will cut my sporty 😅
Installed mine today. It took a few months longer to get started. Took most the day but it was not in a shop just the parking lot. Easy fit up drain your oil and clean your bike first if you can. Have fun
Cool fabrication. Looks like the kit is dialed in and precision made. I just found you guys and subbed. Building a bobber myself, almost done. If I may suggest, take it from an old guy, step drill your holes next time and use an oil on the bit tip. I am also a school shop teacher....wear your safety glasses!!! lol. Keep the vids coming. I will catch up on all the vids on channel.
I'm not sure why you drilled the hole through the slugs and the original frame I thought you were going to put a nut and bolt there I remember when I did my 69 triumph tiger the kit came with a nut and bolt you could also weld it too. The bsa's I used to do were just welding only I thought the nut and bolt was a extra safety measure.
The guy using the grinder looks scared. Looks like it’s his first time in a garage let alone working with pneumatic tools. He looks like he was going to cry several times throughout the video. Maybe edit those parts out?
I was stoked to buy stuff from prism, after seeing they are charging 699 for this kit that does nothing more than a $350 tc bros hardtail kit and doesn’t even come with hardware lol yea I’m not buying anything from theses hipster poofs

Try using hose clamps over the tape they act as a guide when you cut.

technically with a cut-off wheel you want a shield...
Why step drill? What's the benefit?
@@basedorthobrofren they make round holes, drill bits make triangle holes
Very thorough install vid. Nice work
This makes me wanna buy an evo. :D
I was wanting for this to come back in stock, about to pull the trigger 🤘
Great video and hardtail
That tube sander! What is it and where can I get one!?
That thing is sweet. Never even seen one
15:15 I was screaming "dont drill into his arm" thank God....there is enough of us that get whipped out by cars, not one of our own .
Awesome thanks for sharing
I was put the motor in and bolt it down then Weld😮
Nice video guys... Are those bottom rails flared? That's a nice detail. I like that a lot...
What that front end 6 over or 8 over? An when will a follow up videos be coming for this build????
Can i leave the small bar in that should be cut out?
I wish you guys had hardtails for 76 😭
Ayo! What bars are running on this bad thang?
How big of a tire can you put in there
When will the hardtail kit be restocked?
Hey! That's my old couch!

what sander is that?
Why didn't you paint the frame before you put the engine back in?
This series over??
Nice sander
Whoa that dude isn’t dressed like a hipster elf. Figured he slept in that costume
Add oil to the drill bit
An engine jig is a lot easier than lumping the engine in & out
Getting rid of a bikes suspension makes all kinds of sense.
I rode a friend's 1962 pan head bike, 37 miles. My kidneys felt like bagbo drum's . I will never ride a hard tail again.
А че болты на лактайт не сажаем? И зачем в раме дырки сверлились?
Always
Stop that drill bit from slipping. Tighten up the chuck then turn the chuck back one click to lock the bit in should hear a click.
The dude with the glasses has never used powertools in his life and it shows lmao
Gotta start sometime
I would not have used an impact on those mounting bolts just saying..
What your hand!!
I stopped watching when you made the first weld without the engine or some sort of jig in to line up the mounts.
Too bad
Same haha

Hopefully you provide metric measurements for the rest of the World!
Why? Harleys are standard
@@low87dawg86 tape measures in the rest of the world aren't
It's not a Jap bike!
All cool but the elevator music hurts
No gloves, don't like fingers?
Yg pake jas payah amat cara kerjanya...disuruh pake rok aja lebih cocok 😅
