you must have bf3 premium with all dlcs. Rm is free. To play Rm you need VU wich is free and there you find Rm servers and play. Check for VU link is in this video description.
No but they can add them in future easily because they are part of Vannila game. Evrything in Rm is heavily modified so they need time for jets. And more players.

If you played this game at release, you would see a huge difference the game has changed a lot. The sad part is that when the game didn't have all of this content, it had a healthy population, and now that the game has significantly improved, there are no players.
It's also good to see that they are using different soldier models in RM :D

Are there populated servers ? Last time a year ago i installed the mod and the servers were empty....😮
They play evry night around 8pm CET. But best time to play is on weekends same time 9pm CET. You search for UKF server.

Can I play it with Xbox one
This mode is made for pc version of the game. The advantage is that you don’t need a high-end PC to play this mod even a potato PC will do just fine.
