- Load the bar up for MUTANT ON A MISSION S08E06 as Big Ron Partlow takes on a punishing workout at Outback Gym in Mainz, Germany!🍖🏋️♂️. With years of experience as German Champion and as a bodybuilding coach, Owner Alex Thomasson had to get down and dirty to make this badass gym a reality. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill franchised fitness gym- it’s grassroots and gritty, with modified machines that can handle up to 2000 kilos of punishment. Alex has put his personal touch on many of the machines in his gym, and Big Ron can’t wait to test them out.
From cable preacher curls, to modified bench press, Ron tries to take in as much of this European gym as possible- with a German fitness expert in the form of Justin Uhl. Given the name, it’s only fitting that a back and bicep workout is in order at Outback Gym, and that’s exactly what the boys do. Justin does not skip a beat when it comes to doing things the MUTANT way- telling Ron that their rest periods are only as long as the other’s reps 'til failure.😅
The pair load up their lats with BRUTAL exercises on classic and custom machines- making sure their muscles can’t take any more torture before moving on to the next. Justin can’t believe that he’s looking at a “retired” physique when Big Ron removes his pump cover to get serious midway through the session. It’s a mutual learning experience for the two as they take on exercises the other hasn’t before. By the end of it, Ron is sweating up a storm but is amped to come back to keep using the unique machines. Catch this and more in the latest episode of MOAM!

Titan gym equipment in Australia back in the 80s made a seated calf like that. Peter Wall had one at his gym in Waverley.

- Trainingslager in Cologne
Meschede is not that far away from Cologne, if you are planning to visit the Fibo this year, you could visit both gyms !

Absolutely! I’ve looked at Das Gym before the the schedule didn’t work. I’d love to go. Also, I’ve been asked to go to the Bunker by several members there.
