Original tuning for the song is G# F Bb Eb f bb eb (from low to high) Basically Monuments' ''standard'' 7 string tuning is like if you took DADGad tuning, added an extra 4th above the high d (which in the normal key would be a high g three semitones above the high e of standard tuning) and then took the entire thing down a major third. In essence, the tuning becomes Bb F Bb Eb f bb eb. In this case however, they took the low 7th string Bb and dropped it a whole tone to G#. The interval between the 7th and 6th string is now a major 6th so it's like they took their ''standard'' tuning and did what is essentially a drop D to it
