@@kimtrinh1524 Thank you! We ended up buying a Lakeview Winery membership and still take our dog there at least once a month, all year long. 😊

@@newtravelescapes can you tell me the best lunch menu of all the wineries?

      @@kimtrinh1524 Good question! 😃
For casual dining the food at Caroline Cellars and Barrelhouse at Pilliteri is very good. If you are bringing a larger dog then the Barrelhouse is a better choice.
In the downtown NOTL main street, for pub grub, I really like The Olde Angel Inn or the Irish Harp. They both have outdoor (dog friendly) patios and are priced well for the food quality.
The restaurant at Strewn is excellent but I am not sure if they allow dogs. I have only eaten there without mine.
For more fine dining, IF you are into the Bench Region wineries in Jordan then the Inn On The Twenty restaurant (across from Cave Springs) is amazing. They also have an outdoor patio. Really really good farm to table cuisine but more expensive than the previous ones I mentioned.
We also like Rockway Vineyards restaurant. They have a large dog friendly outdoor patio overlooking their golf course. It is about 5 minutes away from Creekside Cellars. Creekside also added a lunch menu just this year but I haven't eaten there yet so I can't speak to the food quality.
The really popular spots like Gretzky's, Peller and Trius are not dog friendly per se but if you have a small dog they may make the exception.
Hope that helps a bit 😊

Great video! Any favourite large dog friendly accommodations in the area?

Yes! I listed some in the description and how they are rated. There are a couple of lovely B&Bs on the list.
Piller and Post is dog friendly and their location is excellent but their dog friendly rooms are fairly pricey.
I really like the Hilton Grden Inn NOTL, as well. It is a simple and clean hotel. They charge $50 extra for a large dog but they are pretty well priced to start with. I have a video on that one on my channel if you want to see the room details.
      Hope that helps 🙂

Thank you for your video. Visiting the area for the holidays. When you say dogs are allowed in the retail area, does that mean in the tasting area/room?

Many of the wineries we visited allowed our dog in the tasting room. It seems to depend on whether they have food in addition to wine. If they have a food menu, dogs are discouraged form being indoors.
I would choose your favourite wineries and then confirm your dog is allowed in the tasting room before you arrive. Hopefully, it won't have changed for the holidays.
We are planning on being in the area with our dog for Boxing Day. 🙂
