We are Jacob and Jenny Warren! We are passionate about traveling the world. We started vlogging our travels in May, 2021 with a goal in mind to travel the world. After visiting Costa Rica and French Polynesia, we realized the time was right to quit our jobs and travel full time. In late 2021, we left everything to become full time travel vloggers and we've loved every minute of it. Our goal is to make it to all seven continents and visit many countries as possible. We hope you will follow along on our journey and that we can inspire you to travel in your own country or around the world!

4:30 the fish oil or tran as we call it is very normal in Norway. Kids to elders take one spoonful daily. People usually don't like it, but still do it for the health benefits.
We have heard it has amazing health benefits!! We need to start taking it more often!
The first fish you tried looks like macrel filet.
Ah great to know!!! Thanks for watching :)
The national dish "fårikål" when made at home usually gets served with a lot more sauce/moisture, also there's also usually carrots and whole black pepper grains. That looked like a really fancy restaurant version spesifically made for tourists. The bun thing is called "Berliner bolle" or Berliner bun
That is great to know!! Thanks for the information :)
@@JacobandJennyTravel There's great food in almost every countr I've been in, but Norwegian cuisine has got a reputation of being bland and just meh for some reason🤷🏻♂️
The lamb thing is called fårikål. Very good that you taste Norwegian food.
It was sooo delicious!! We are so happy we got it!
Nice tasting tour. I must go to a BigBite on my next trip to Norway. I haven't tried it yet.
It was one of our favorite foods and Norway and relatively cheap too!! You should definitely try it :)
And if you have to burp during the day, you get a sweet reminder of the fish oil 🥰
Hahaha you are so right!!
Your face doesn't look like it's not that bad 😂 Jacob is such a trooper. Gonna pretend we didn't see the 🦌🌭
Hahahaha😂 he really is, I don't eat half the stuff he does!!
Reindeer Hot Dog? That sounds really interesting! Didn't know that hot dogs are so popular in Norway, I only knew they are popular in Iceland.
Hot dogs are the most commonly purchased fast food in Norway. You find it everywhere. All food kiosks - gas stations - even in small arches that are only called hot dog kiosks. Reindeer are not common - but quite possible to buy.
It was super interesting but honesty tasted a lot like a beef hot dog! Thanks for commenting friends :)
Hi , I just drop by to show support n likes ur channel again😊
Yay thank you!! That means so much to us :)
Which restaurant did you go to that had the lamb dish?
I am so sorry, I do not remember the name, but we might have put a video of it in our video :) thanks for watching!
You should have tatested dryid cod. Love to here your reaction to that. Or something called souvas. Not thatt suovas is typical for norway. you can get it all over in the northern parts of scandianavia
Lutefisk
Ah yes we saw the dried fish a few different places but never had the courage to try it! Maybe on our next trip!! ;)
mad some on wed, want a picture?
Thanks for watching :)
That face Jacob pulled is now officially called "pickled herring face" 🥺
Hahahaha oh my gosh that’s hilarious 😂 we definitely need everyone to start calling it that!
Gotta hand it to you two, you are so brave and willing to try different foods. I don’t think I could do it. 😂
Jacob is a lot braver than I am hahaha!! It is hard to get yourself to try new foods!
It's just reindeer. We eat whale too. Sometimes sheep head, but a delicacy.
Those meatballs didnt look like any meatballs Ive had and im norwegian. oO
Weird!! We will have to try again if we get back to Norway :)
is that an ikea meatball?
Lol
If you don't like fårikål...there is spmething wrong with you!! :D
Haha! Thanks for watching :)
British plate, wow. hope you arent going to make the whole thing up as you go along.
