It's really beautiful.
Grunge gray is my favorite! I did a whole bedroom suite in this and it’s gorgeous! Also, with Dixie Bell there is no need to clear wax first.
Do u think grunge gray would show on manatee gray CMP? I want my piece (painted in Manatee gray) to have some depth. The piece has no intricate design or carving on it so I was going to wipe it all over the piece.
Wasn't seeing the potential, initially, but the gray background, with flowers in relief, is so striking. (And I'm not into 'floral.') Great job. ;)

You are the reason I have purchased today the Drop Cloth and Gray wax ti paint my Grandfather clock. I am no expert but I still went for it!! Lol I just Love that Drop Cloth color. It's in between a white and cream color 😍😍😍

The grunge gray wax is a beautiful color. Nice detail on the frame, you got a good deal. Is the wax brush hard like a stencil brush? Great job! Beautiful piece Amy!
Wax brushes are a little softer than a stencil brush. I use a stencil brush if I'm putting on gilding wax in small areas, but for over all waxing I prefer an actual waxing brush (or you can use a chalk paint brush, a old t-shirt, or a sponge to apply it as well). Thanks Teresa :) HUGS !!
