Hello, how do I select which profile type sees the "Profile Field Set"? For instance, I don't want my company profiles seeing a "Profile Field Set" with the repeater option for colleges they attended, or their relationship status, etc... Just like I wouldn't want my candidates seeing a "Profile Field Set" for Business Locations/Addresses and Hours of Operation. Is there anyway to fix this? As of now you only have an option to edit a single field under the "Profile Fields" not the entire tab/field set. Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you soon!
This feature is not yet available out of the box but we will surely consider adding it in our platform, for now, please set all the single profile fields in a particular Fieldset to be visible to a certain profile type only.

Yes, it is possible. You just need to add a NEW FIELD SET. Then from there, you can add profile fields which will only show or can be filled in by your users from their profile page.

Sorry just saw this now. For (1) you can disable Last Name optionally. First Name and Nickname are required for the system to work properly. We need at least some name data to display on their profile, and we need their Nickname for their initial profile url and @mention handle. For (2) Nicknames do have to be unique, and do have to be on the registration page. Otherwise we don't know what text to be used for the user's profile URL which we need on account creation. For (EDIT) First Name, Last Name, Nickname have to be on the register page. Any other fields, required or not, can be put into any field set.

Can you implement a birthday field to show people's actual age? It would also need to update automatically every year to keep up with a person's birthday. This way, we can also search people "between age X and age Y" on the frontend. This seems like a gross oversight.

This is a cool idea, but is not there out of the box right now. Our date field is simply a date field, it is not a Birthdate field. You could have a developer code something that will convert the date into an age. But we don't have it out of the box right now.
@@BuddybossWP It would be the result of subtracting the current date and the birthday date. Considering it is a sexagesimal system operation ... I needed to do the same for a specific form that I was trying to achieve using Gravityforms. It would be a great upgrade.

If you created profile types. Then when you go to create/edit profile fields, you will see a "Profile Types" box on the right side asking you to check which profile types will be able to use that profile field.
You can create your own field at any time, just go into the Profile Fields area and click to add a new field. You can title the field as Job Occupied, Date, etc. You can also select the field type, so for example you might want to use the Date field type for the date field
