If you want measurements, which area do you need measurements.

Please get your small round plate , place it on your cariboard and cut it out. Then buy one and half yard of crinoline for the design on top of the fascinator. Use a yard for the big design and the round bow on it use the remaining crinoline. Please you can make to the size that you want. If you have more questions feel free to ask. Thanks for your comment
