I mean it's VERY hard not to watch this and get emotional, I am English so we only really had PEAK MTV for like 5-6 years BUT what a time it was, the shows YO MTV Raps, 120 minutes, are native nation, the shows Remote Control, Beavis & s Butthead, Celebrity Deathmatch and Club MTV it felt very much for US the kids, I remember so often just grabbing my duvet and laying in front of MTV all night to see the bands/music. Many of these indents are SO 80s, neon lights, synth or rock music, crazy animations or imagery, (some are even a bit Sesame St the spray can ones), But MATE I would sit and watch this on repeat over the dross the channel dishes up now, rich people hanging out (The Hills), horny wannabes (Jersey/Geordie Shore) or teenage parents (Teen Mum) .... its such a shame BUT I feel blessed to be part of its time. I miss my MTV. And so an enormous thank you to the person for posing this and bringing back them good times and years, bless you I love you !
@Eazy T I appreciate your honest thanks. Personally I was too young to grow up with the classic days of MTV. Nevertheless I can resonate to how awesome an all-music channel would be to the kids who grew up during this time.
