I’m surprised a beautiful home like that doesn’t have a nice pool. But it’s beautiful without still.

Yesss. Me too Denise! This home is almost perfect in my opinion, it's just missing a pool. Not too big and not too small.
To be honest I didn't even notice A pool was missing,but yes A pool not sure that would be right or building on A ocean view that would have been A home run,A pool that blends with the house I'm not sure what you call them but the pool almost looks like it's part of the house,I think that would be stunning

Hello I didn't notice any solar panels. I expect this kind of house should have solar panels for hot water and daily electricity uses. Florida is Sunshine States so I wonder why there is no solar panel. I'm from Australia and majority of newly build houses we have sun solar panels and water tanks.

I love the open windows with all the natural light that makes this home so bright and lively, but I definitely suggest window blinds or curtains for privacy. Maybe motorized ones.

the property tax can be pricey for sure. But if you can afford this home, it can really be worth it.

I love all the windows but I couldn't help but notice through most of them I see Neighbors homes so I couldn't enjoy the light without the privacy especially in the bathroom.

He said you have 2 seperate framless showers, so that makes the other one the 2nd shower and not the crapper, john, shitter, or squatter.
When he panned the camera to that frosted-glass area he said "This is your glass-enclosed WATER CLOSET." So it's not a shower area, but a toilet area.
