I love crinkles! Amazing video! I think it would be cool if you did videos like this more often. Like non scratching/tapping once every 10-15 videos. (suggestions: crinkles, visual triggers like hand movement or light play, zipper and lid sounds, rummaging sounds, trigger words) I adore your tapping and scratching but I think it would be a nice change of pace for both you and your viewers! Love your content ❤️

You could pair it with scratching away with one finger, then two, then three, etc like you've done in previous videos.
