After pursuing a career in health administration Gail's devotion to keeping Virgin Islands culture alive lead her to creating a The Tart Lady which operates out of Atlanta Georgia. Every time I would visit, I would bring tarts from home, and when they heard you were selling tarts by mail ordered, they decided to buy from you! She says they are delicious!
