Really enjoyed rewatching this and getting the player's insight. Looking back at the highlights Joe Marchant had a hell of a game, slotting in at scrum half, clear outs..
Great hearing your memories of that game. As a Quins fan this game and the final were the best I've see (so far). In the strange times of covid this gave every Quins fan and probably every neutral a much needed lift. The never say die spirit shone through. The only thing that detracted from this game and the final is that there weren't tens of thousand fans in the stands going crazy which would have made it even more special. The players talk about making memories but you make them for the fans too. Thank You. .
Hey Danny, loving your content, love to see you dive behind the scenes of your rugby career as well as your choice to get into content creation. Keep it up!! ❤️👍
Some great Quins games, including the Amlin win in Cardiff I attended, but this was special. I still watch this and the final when I want to cheer myself up….👌🏻🥃
Great video, so interesting! I believe Sheedy kicked a drop goal as Bristol were low on time, and even if he made the kick, points were level, and in that scenario the team with the most tries (Quins) would win. Essentially either way they'd have to score again, so he wanted as much time to do that as he could.
Converting their last try for 38-38 would have still been a Quins win - if you're drawn after extra time, the team with more tries wins. So it was a shot to nothing for them; just take the quick drop and get back to playing.
I put both games side by side. Two of the best performances on a rugby pitch that I have been more than fortunate to see. This semi, on tv, the following seasons game under the Friday Night Lights, I was there and I still call up my recording to take it in, again and again. Most enjoyable trie for me, Will Collier, picking up, selling the most outrageous dummy taking three Bristol players out and a great run to get his first trie for Quins in 134 Prem games. What a night.
Could potentially be the greatest prem rugby game of all time?
Racked our brains trying to think of a better comeback. An awesome game, it had it all!!
いつも日本語で書いてすみません。わたしは、この試合を見てからクインズのファンになってしまったので、まさか解説をケア選手から聞けるとは思わなかったのでとても嬉しいです。シェアしてくださりありがとうございます😊
It was the first season where I followed the prem. One hell of a game. Edge of the sofa, spilling drinks and screaming at the tv. Epic game
Lovely chip through Danny in the last minute. The only reason I don't pin my flag to Quins is that I have a history in Gloucester. Fantastic...

Think Ugo said in commentary that if it was level quins would've won because you'd scored more tries hence sheedy not caring about the conversion
Love this kind of video DC!, good to get an inside track on these sort of matches
Can you do more of these? I'm an American who got into the game a few years ago. This is insightful as hell
Another Ep drops on Sunday. Our Christmas gift to you!!

Tears of joy. What a game!

Best rugby match I've ever watched.
Thank you Danny. You post such great stuff. Please please keep it up 🃏🃏🃏
Shout out Joe Marler, what a story
I absolutely love watching both these teams.

Happy days. I was in a state of disbelief watching this game and the final.

I absolutely LOVE this podcast!! Great great work Danny Care!!
I love the comments on the game. Thank you, Mr. Care. As a Saffa, I like keeping an eye on the overseas team with a Saffa or two.
Really enjoyed that video. You should do a weekly review with highlights if possible off your games and maybe others ??
Two Joe’s played so well in that game. Mr Marler, and Mr Marchant. The later missed by Quinn’s and the Premiership
2011 Heineken cup, Leinster Vs Northampton is the greatest come back game for me but this game was probably the most exciting prem game I watched.
Great content. Thank you

The greatest ever bro good luck for the game bro hope the thumb is ok ❤❤

One of the most obvious and clear forward pass I've ever seen 😂
love this❤
Can you do this for the final as well?

Helicopter gate 😂😂😂
The drop kick was because Bristol had only scored 5 tries to our 6, so a draw wasn’t enough. We would have still won on tries scored.
Greatest game ever
We need footage of Joe Marler in a helicopter as well ahaha
Bristanbull
Edit - this game is great, however, the game under lights against Briz the next season at the stoop was in my opinion was better
