    Beautiful piece of property. Here you are cleaning what the city left behind and the irony is our county has been lining our local river with materials just like this for habitat and erosion control. The jury is out on it for me. Love your videos.

      James I'm not so sure either. Do we need more rotten wood for bugs...bugs killed over 200 trees on my little property. I think it's good to leave the wood if it's not your property that's going to flood, rot or be infested. Be safe and thank you

    Thanks for your reply 😂 yes I too have Bora 4 inch aluminum spacers installed on all four wheels. The tractor cab still feels tippy at times even with the rear ballast box installed filled with solid concrete blocks to offset the front end loader weight. Part of the tractor motion being felt is from the air ride suspension seat inside the cab. Slower tractor motion seems to increase the cab seat movement being felt. It seems to reduce with faster tractor motion. Increasing the cab air ride seat air pressure setting and keeping the tractor tires filled to their max air pressure values also helps. You don't want squishy tires when carrying heavy front end loads. Love your tractor and ATV videos. Greg from northern Michigan.

      I don't like the slop in the loader stick from the cables...but she's a nice machine as you know. She's a work house. Thank you for commenting enjoy your tractor and stay healthy.

    Always enjoy seeing that tractor at work. Do you enjoy it more in the summer or using it for snow?

    • @maraudermitchelli

      I changed from open station to a cab to be protected while snow blowing. An open station for warm weather work is nice, easy in and out. After coming home from work this week several nights i worked until 10pm in 90 degree temperatures to exhaustion...not smart but that's what i do. I didn't want to leave the tractor this night i wanted air conditioning and it was wonderful. thank you for commenting I'm very happy you enjoy watching this machine.

      Do you find the inside of the cab to be noisy? You think you would be ok using all day without year protection in a cab? I always use year protection w/out a cab

    You probably no longer have it, and traded it, if I was following your channel correctly. If I may ask ... I went and test drove a 3039R w/ cab and found the loader control stick to be quite 'stiff' to move, especially to the left and right (bucket curl and dump). I could not keep my arm on the arm rest and use the loader stick, especially left and right movements. Could you please let me know if your loader control stick is easy, or is it a bit hard to move? I found the non-cab version much easier to move. Someone had told me the cab model uses cables to connect the loader control handle to the valves below it; this may be contributing to the difference between the cab and non-cab models. Please let me know the 'difficulty' if any, in moving your loader control handle. Thanks!

      David
      I commented about this in my final review of this machine. The loader stick on my machine was very sloppy, probably the number one complaint from owners on the cab tractors. My dealer did try to tighten up the cables I felt no difference. Sloppy is different from hard, the loader lock my have been partially engaged when you were try to use the loader. It's a metal tab below the loaders stick that locks the stick in several position. i would sometimes hit it with my knee and lock the stick. Great observation by you, in general it's a great tractor I'd suggest you give it another try. BTW I'm not sure any loader stick can be operated leaving your elbow on the armrest...it would be nice. I hope this helps you please let me know.

      @@maraudermitchelli Thanks much for your reply and info; it does help indeed. I will certainly look at the 'loader lock' next time. I have heard about 'sloppiness', but I didn't experience that at the dealer on a new machine I tried. I have tried quite few 'loader sticks' and the one on the 3039R cab was very noticeably more difficult to move, especially left and right. I've recently received confirmation from another 3R cab owner who stated the same finding as mine. In any case, I will look at the 'lock' for the stick next visit. Thanks again!

    Definitely a very nice machine! Do you still use it for mowing or are you mostly using a zero turn for that now?

    • @maraudermitchelli
      @maraudermitchelli  4 роки тому +1

      Last two years have been so wet, and i have so much tree work to do i dedicated the tractor to loader work all summer, and the zero turn for mower and brush hogging. I've put more hours on the tractor as a loader than mowing. No more swapping attachments, i don't mow with the loader on and vise versa. But Brian maybe in years to come i will mow part of my lawn with the tractor...the stereo and air conditioner are sweet! Thank you for commenting.
