    Love this board. I’m still riding the 2017 model and plan to get another one as soon as it can’t handle being the rock board anymore. I also think it’s an underrated board, especially in powder. This board is super fun in the trees and powder and for side hits. OSL for the win.

    I’ve got the 2018-2019 Outerspace Living and there hasn’t been anything I couldn’t do on it. It’s playful enough to run through the park and sturdy enough to do some carving/jumps. I’d totally agree that it doesn’t have one area of expertise, but it does everything well. I havent regretted my purchase for a second (and I got it for $300 so that’s a plus).

    • @AngrySnowboarder

      This board will crush that thing across the board. More pop, better edge hold, just a better all arounder.

    • @PhaseSkater
      @PhaseSkater 3 роки тому

      @@AngrySnowboarder thanks! Now all I have to do is figure out new boots and bindings. My ripcord has the burton custom bindings and I have some pretty soft boots. I always try to tighten the boots and bindings as much as I can because I like instant responsiveness and precision and control. Would that mean stiff boots and bindings would help with that? Because most freestyle riders tell me you want soft boots and loose soft playful bindings too. Can you clarify that more for me? I try to have my stuff tightened down when I do any freestyle stuff because I want to be in control. Just like for skateboarding I like tighter fitting shoes versus loose shoes that’ll fly off when doing flip tricks

    • @AngrySnowboarder
      @AngrySnowboarder  3 роки тому

      A lot of what you want falls into the personal preference category. But with that said I think you might actually be in boots that are too big for you and you're not getting the most optimal fit from them. This makes you compensate with cranking the bindings down and over tightening. I'd look at the Boot Fitting 101 series and see if the videos there can get you a bit more dialed in.
