Proud to say I might have been 1 of the 2 man team that built that engine room, having been on the 88 line in 2013/14. Nice to see a tour of one of these beautiful boats!

I’ve built these engine rooms although this is not one of mine. That plant in the port fwd corner is not a water maker. It’s the aircon plant. I wouldn’t recommend drinking from it as it will have antifreeze in it. 👍
Really is! This is one of the earlier ones. The later ones had a 3rd box on the fwd bulkhead, the same size as your ac/dc boxes housing the engine management boxes. A much neater install. I’ve never seen one of these. Think I was building 82’s back then. Was also a lovely boat although the engine room was nowhere near as nice as the 88’s engine room. If you’re interested I currently build the engine room of the x95. Now that’s a stunning boat. 👍
A £4M boat, and the bell doesn't work - love it! Seriously though, great video and like your natural and enthusiastic presentation style. However, I do agree with Gaz Maz about the sudden zooms. The odd one OK, but it was overdone, you'll just have to tell the kids you're not making Top Gear or a pop video!
You've done a beautiful job on the refit but theirs two things I would change. Get rid of that hideous bath come shower it's neither one thing nor another and twin seating at the helm positions is a must. Regarding the shower thing, invite someone over seventy to lie down in the bath? assuming they can get in in the first place then offer them a dry sherry if they can get out. I noticed you cut away for your extraction.
Thank you. We really like the bath AND the boat has another 4 shower rooms if you like showers 😊 twin helm? Remember this boat is not usually driven by owner/ captain - just by captains and they prefer to be on their own 😂 JB did struggle to get out of the bath and he is only 47 hence the cut 😂😂
