    As an alumni it's great to see you update/modernize online content expressly in regards to popular ethnic cuisine, Mexican etc. might I suggest a butchering series starting Chef Schneller? I smell an Internet viral star in the making.

    What is that thing at 1:04 where they pour hot mole(?) sauce over a chocolate(?) shell and it implodes? Is there a name for that?

      Not sure this dessert has a specific name, but that's what it was: a hot chocolate mole over molded chocolate

    ho the food tateses good and the deceraetion looks good and the music is fun jk! the food is gros and the docraetion looks dumb and the music is too loud
