WHO SHOULD WIN THE BALLON D'OR AND HOW SHOULD WE JUDGE?

In this video we make the cases for the top 3 in this year's Ballon d’or race. I give my opinion on who I believe should win and discuss the state of Ballon d’or voting in recent years. Due to Messi and Ronaldo’s dominance the way in which the Ballon D’or winner is decided has become lazy and unfair. Should we reassess how we vote for the winner and what is the criteria for choosing the winner? Is this based on technical ability, performances, collective trophies or being the best player on the team that wins the most?
