Polyamory! It's not uncommon to love multiple people at the same time. Loving two people doesn't mean you love one more than the other, and can't love both equally as much for the different and unique fulfillments that they offer you. Like Loni said, it isn't traditional, but just because you might not ever be able to imagine yourself falling in love with two people, that doesn't mean you can't still be open-minded and accept that there are people out there who love differently than you do.
I don't think there is a right or wrong answer to this. Everyone has different experiences! But this definitely isn't rare and it's not always the easiest situation to navigate.
ikhlasous THATS a different story. We’re talking about two at the same time. Hate to compare sensitive situations but you can compare love and lust and you know which one was true and which was an obvious temporary regardless of the death
Jacob Israel not true. Some soulmates are only for a season, and some are for a lifetime. It all depends on circumstances. And not all soulmates are romantic soulmates. Some are friends, family members, or lovers
No such thing as "in love". In love is a description people use for, "infatuated". Real love is dedication, maturity and selflessness. You don't "FALL" into that. It's a conscious decision. Doing anything else is ultimately self-serving and will always cause division and disconnection. At the end of the day, it will not allow for true fulfillment. Lasting, connections and relationships do not happen as a result of disrespectful behavior that doesn't uphold your partner.

'A soul mate' should not be limited to a marriage setting or a opposite sex relationships/dating. Your mum can be your 'soul mate', your sister, a friend, etc. can be your 'soul mates'. It is more like a twin, not of your physical body but of your soul. What then is your soul? This is the culmination of the interconnection of the brain in action(mind), the way you reason, your proclivities or natural inclinations. Thus, a person regarded as a 'soul mate' is one that the aforementioned aspects of his soul is in harmony with yours. For instance, in a typical conversation with him or her, it is as if you guys are reading each one's thought.
It’s more like one person brings what the other person doesn’t. And if you could create a super person with your fav characteristics and traits frm both. That’d be your true love

In the most average situation of when a person is in love oxytocin levels in our body’s increase and change the way we behave/ think. It actually causes the feeling of devotion to a person, almost like an addiction to a person, causes those honeymoon periods in relationships, which does involve monogamy and heartache when it doesn’t work out.
Months prior to dating.. I created a list with about ten practical things on it stating exactly what I wanted in a man. So when I was down to 3 people but couldn't choose, I chose based off of who checked off most on my list, whose conversation was always gravitating/interesting, & who the zodiac showed I would be most capable with. I'm a Libra (air) & they say air and fire go best together & Earth and Water go best. The 3 guys were a Capricorn (Earth), Aries (Fire), Taurus ( Earth). I ended up choosing the Aries. He matched literally everything on my list, we spoke all day everyday before our first date & he was most compatible with with me as far as the elements goes. We are now married with a baby on the way. Long story but I hope it helps someone out there. Much Love 🤎
We are all polyamorous. We love multiple people at the same time, all the time - family, friends, children, colleagues and yes, even romantic partners. However, we are socially conditioned to choose and love just one romantic partner. If you're in love with one person, that's great, that's definitely less complicated, but conceptually it is possible to romantically love others simultaneously.
@@angelinemutsengi2148 I never disputed that. All I submitted was that if we go by the actual definition of polyamory = many loves, we all are polyamorous in some way, whether romantic and/or familial.
One man one woman that's God's plan from the beginning all the other stuff eventually leads to heartbreak and confusion. People need to be patient and stop practicing pre-marital sex because it leads to guilt and confusion and does not allow you to objectively assess the person you are in a relationship with to see if there are red flags. By the way I am speaking from experience and have made those mistakes and learned from them.
@@glittermafia5759 I don't think the original comment is saying that sex is not normal, it definitely is normal. They're just saying it's safer in the context of marriage because outside of that, it can be difficult to see red flags in the relationship etc
3:14 loni, It matters because unless you’re looking for a polyamorous relationship or you want to be in an open relationship you should choose and stop playing games with both participants.
I Completely Understand Jeannie & Agree 100% 👏🏽 Like Just Because It Didn’t Last Forever Doesn’t Mean You It Wasn’t Real Or Your Soulmate For THAT Moment or “season” as She Say💯
I think as a child of immigrants and someone who was only 4 when the housing crisis started, my older sister quickly became everything my parents were supposed to be. They couldn’t always be there and we really raised each other. She raised me to be what she thought was good in a man and I raised her to be like what I thought the perfect woman was. Sure we were young but we had older cousins who were and are like siblings to us and that’s how we based off the perfect man/woman was. She was the first family I came out to and I knew she wouldn’t love me any differently. We both know that we are each other’s soulmates are always super close. My parents love it but then it becomes hard because we have a brother that’s 8 years younger than me and he could NEVER have the relationship that we have with us even though we love him so much.
Ya because you guys went through the struggle together. You survived with each other. Our parents worked a lot too and it was always just my sister and I. Loneliness is a real thing but being with a sibling is special because you’re a kid and alone but at least you have that sibling
I don’t think it’s love I thinks it’s maybe falling for or two different people and I Totally agree with the pros and cons list but this also means you need to know what you want in the relationship and then fully commit and rid that second person from you life to fully make this other relationship works.
I am in love with two people right now and have been in this situation before. It is 100% possible. The thing is each person is so different and fulfills different aspects of me. Also one is a guy and one is a girl and they are friends with each other and me. I've told them I love both of them as well. Nothing wrong with it if you're honest.
Hi Liz, I couldn't help but see your comment. I work for a production company that is actually casting people who are in this situation. If you are still in love with two people and want to choose just one to continue a relationship with, let me know. If you're not looking to make a decision, I totally understand and wish you all the best.
It’s rare that Loni answers a question from a ‘I would’ stand point. She always gives advice from a ‘I’m speaking to a big audience’ standpoint, which makes all the sense cause I mean she is on a dang TV show. However I think it would be nice to hear what SHE would & for her to comfortable enough to leave it at that. Also noticed how she’s ALWAYS the LAST one to be asked for her opinion. Think the other ladies should work on adding her in. Unless the point is for Loni to end it off.
I actually learned this a while ago no one can love two people in the same way because they’re not the same. You have to love one person more than the other person.
Cant u love them all in different ways? When i have loved men i still love all of them. In a passed tense. I dont wish i was with them but i cherrish the good memories. Do i wanna get back with any of them? Noooo. But i loved them all.😘😍😻😻😻🙊😸
Polyamory is something that exists and is valid but it has to be something that everyone is on board with I know someone who is in a Poly and they have children and are thriving. Idk life is strange sometimes and it’s different strokes for different folks.
Yes you can love two people.. You choose the person that diserves it. You can be with soneone.. Like if you have two baby fathers.. One did you wrong.. You love him but its over.. The other one isnt even in competition.. You just love 2 people.. But that doesnt mean you have to be confused .. You can love 2 people and be absolutely not confused at all.. Maybe you love 2 people and dont even have to choose and are not even choosing at all. .. Loving 2 people at the same time doesnt have to be confusing all the time.. And it doesnt even mean its a competition at all.
@6:50 - 7:05 I think when it comes to marriage, dont follow feelings where ever they take you. Like you have 7-10 years to find the ideal person. Make a wise decision who to marry in the first place and then work to keep that marriage through all ups and downs just like you have vowed . Divorce just isn't the right place especially for children like Loni had emphasised @4:20
Soulmates for a season...YES. There are a billion people in this world and you think there’s only one person out there for you? Lies. Timing, placement, and whatever else, is involved in your relationship. If you moved across the world you might still find your soulmate lol.
Honestly... This is The REAL , so I’m gonna be real for a second... now , sometimes we THINK we are in love because we think these people both have something to offer... when in reality one probably has more red flags than the other and etc. because we feel infatuated with the fact that hey both of them of like me... what do I do? And you're stuck with a broken heart either way because you could be choosing " the love of your life " but you wasted time trying to see which guy or girl was the one! There shouldn't even be another person to CHOOSE with anyway...
Myronn Coleman I 💯 agree with you! I’m married, but I met someone unexpectedly and we vibe so much. He has made it clear he wants me but I don’t see an honest future with him because he’s married too and why is he talking to me, feel me? I’m human and I do find him attractive but I can’t see myself ruining what I have for him.
I would choose neither, Its all or nothing for me. There is no such thing as one true love. as Tamera once said "Love is infinite and we can make as much as we want."
There is no such thing. Either that man is in love with one chick and lustful for the other or he was never in love with neither to begin with. If you feel like you need to fight for his attention and love then he is not the one. If a man is truly in love with you he will not confuse you and he will make sure that you know that he is love with you. His actions will show it.
People really fall in love with two people at the same time? Hmm...I feel you always love one more than the other.

However, we are socially conditioned to choose and love just one romantic partner. If you're in love with one person, that's great, that's definitely less complicated, but conceptually it is possible to romantically love others simultaneously.
Speak for yourself bitch.
Lol No mate. Loving family and friends is COMPLETELY different from being IN love with someone.
@@angelinemutsengi2148 I never disputed that. All I submitted was that if we go by the actual definition of polyamory = many loves, we all are polyamorous in some way, whether romantic and/or familial.
Well damn Jeannie, that shirt ! 👀🤩
I feel like pulling that zip down
One man one woman that's God's plan from the beginning all the other stuff eventually leads to heartbreak and confusion. People need to be patient and stop practicing pre-marital sex because it leads to guilt and confusion and does not allow you to objectively assess the person you are in a relationship with to see if there are red flags. By the way I am speaking from experience and have made those mistakes and learned from them.
Exactly! GOD plan is always better 🙏
Agreed 🙏🏾 God's plan is always the best
Well said!
@@glittermafia5759 I don't think the original comment is saying that sex is not normal, it definitely is normal. They're just saying it's safer in the context of marriage because outside of that, it can be difficult to see red flags in the relationship etc
Wait are you homophobic if not I have no problem but the first thing u said, just wondering
Great job Jeannie!!! Awesome point!
3:14 loni,
It matters because unless you’re looking for a polyamorous relationship or you want to be in an open relationship you should choose and stop playing games with both participants.
I Completely Understand Jeannie & Agree 100% 👏🏽 Like Just Because It Didn’t Last Forever Doesn’t Mean You It Wasn’t Real Or Your Soulmate For THAT Moment or “season” as She Say💯
Damn, Loni was on fire this episode😤🔥🔥
Ive never clicked so fast!! LOL
I don’t think it’s love I thinks it’s maybe falling for or two different people and I Totally agree with the pros and cons list but this also means you need to know what you want in the relationship and then fully commit and rid that second person from you life to fully make this other relationship works.
YALL BETTER NOT FIRE LONI, AND NOW THAT WILL HE THE END OF THIS SHOW
F*CK LONI...
JungleYT stop hating and get a bag
@@dolceg1770 Not hating, just F*ck Loni...
@@dolceg1770 Now, that was disgusting... I think you should apologize
Social media is not relationship! Those who know you don’t need to go to social media to find out what is going on in your life!
I can’t even snag one.
You should be in love with two ppl at once. Learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all
I am in love with two people right now and have been in this situation before.
@@christianegomez7949 thanks for reaching out. It’s all worked out in the end and I don’t have to choose between one or the other thankfully.
QUEENS!! 😩😍❤️
love triangles are pretty common, nobody should settle!
Pick the one you fell in love with second because If you truly loved the first one you wouldn't have fallen in love with the second one
U can fall in love with two people at the same time
I love my tam tam always on the money 💴👑
Nobody is gonna notice that Tam said "Jesus" about her earring falling out?
🤣🤣🤣
Im getting so much Cheetah Girls vibes from Ade right now🐆🐆♥️
I actually learned this a while ago no one can love two people in the same way because they’re not the same. You have to love one person more than the other person.
Shawnette Thompson love this.
💯♥️
"different" is not the same as "more and less". You can love two people equally much in different ways.
Oh Loni. The movie Terms of Endearment: Debra Winger's character died, not Shirley Maclaine. :)
See Jeannie coined the term "conundrum" first in the show and not Amanda. But Amanda brought the big words to the Real. 👍
My opinion is gonna be unpopular, but I'd probably just walk away from both. I can't be pulled left and right.
Loni will forever be my spirt animal
Cant u love them all in different ways? When i have loved men i still love all of them. In a passed tense. I dont wish i was with them but i cherrish the good memories. Do i wanna get back with any of them? Noooo. But i loved them all.😘😍😻😻😻🙊😸
does anyone know where Jeanie's bright yellow shirt is from ?
I just feel like loni lies all the time. 😭
I get it and def believe in soulmates for a season...
Get over here hilarious
Adrienne, did you not watch FRIENDS? That's what Ross did with Rachel & Julie. Rachel found the pros/cons list & was pissed!! 😂
I miss these girl chats
I think Lonnie summed it up well
I would choose neither, Its all or nothing for me. There is no such thing as one true love. as Tamera once said "Love is infinite and we can make as much as we want."
Love the length of the video
Go with the 2nd person, because if you were in love the first time you would never have fallen for the 2nd person
