The easiest way to get to Inversnaid is over the loch by ferry. Inversnaid is one of the many places in this area which can rightfully be described as 'the end of the road' - and a long road at that. To get to Inversnaid by car you must first get to Aberfoyle and then follow the largely single track B829 road for 10 very scenic but testing blind humped miles to a T junction near Loch Arklet then turn right for a further 4 miles before dropping steeply to the car park at Inversnaid.
