    Hi Jen. I just found your channel and I love it. Congratulations on your twins! Your videos are peaceful, calm and real life. They remind me of when I was raising my 3 children(no twins lol). Every minute of the day, there was something to do. Multi tasking and organizing is so important! Wish I could take something off your plate ❤ It gets easier. 🙂👍🏼

    I don’t know how you haven’t wanted to cry, you get so much done. Good luck momma, hang in there and ask for help when needed and let stuff go if you need to. It’s a lot.

    You are absolutely SUPER WOMAN!! How is it possible to take care of 4 kids,twins always screaming,clean and cook and be SO CALM and complete all your tasks
    I don't know how you don't have a nanny to assist you and clean. You are a class unto yourself and are amazing.
    I hope your husband sees all you do alone.
    Please give us advice on how to cope with no sleep and still be functional and kind. A video with advice would be amazing

    ...something that is good in a curry is either raisins or pineapple- helps with the heat of the spices!!!!!!

    When I breast-fed our three, many years ago, we were told to not eat spicy food, onions, garlic, nuts and alcohol because it affects the breast milk which in turn upsets the baby's digestive system. Is this not the advice anymore? You're doing an amazing job, best wishes from Northern Ireland.

    • @JenMomlife
      @JenMomlife  10 місяців тому

      Yes, the advice is no spicy, no gassy foods like broccoli or kale or cabbage, little coffee, no alcohol. At least that's what I hear and I cannot keep up with every rule, I feel like it's always the same with my babies no matter what I do. One has reflux, the other one does not.

      @@JenMomlife Absolutely right it's trial and error what affects one baby may not affect another. I ate a couple of nuts a few times after the first weeks of breastfeeding because it was said that it stopped them from having nut allergies, now I think it's the opposite, although I could be wrong, but none of them ended up with a nut allergy lol. May your baby and all the family be blessed with good health and happiness. Best wishes from Northern Ireland.

    You probably know this, but just in the off chance it’s been missed I wanted you to know…it helped me so so much with my supply.
    Something like between the hours of 2 and 4am are the best for feeds/pumping to get supply up. It was and I am sure will be true for me when these two sweet angels arrive. I am 32/5 with di/di b/g babes. Can’t wait.

    I don't know how u do all this homemade cooking and looking after 4 kids....would u consider getting some easy meals from Costco that u just bake- like lasagna, etc? Yu could also buy a roasted chicken and add it to one of their super large caesar salads................

    Make some lactation cookies, or buy some, they help a lot, my daughter used them to increase her supply.

      I was thinking the same thing! Something I was eating gave my boys eczema on their foreheads - never figured out what it was.
