I am a mom of 4 - twin newborn boys and 2 toddlers. This is my solo evening routine when my husband has to work late.

As I’m reading all of the comments (and vents!) describing the challenges with your new wee ones, I feel I could just jump through the screen! with my hands all sanitized, of course. Yearning for some nb clinginess, but really just wishing I could be of help to you because I completely and totally get everything you’ve shared. Your little 4 year old girl ‘put herself to bed’ created de ja vu for me. I recall similar moments where I couldn’t escape for 4 minutes just so I could read my older child a story. Tough times. your video has me all reminiscing! This could be you in 20 years after 4. (for me, after 5 children)

Wow. I am speechless. This was so intense and I just so badly wish you had some extra help. This is a lot on one person. I just feel so bad and I wish I could lend a hand. I have a one year old boy and I should never complain again about “difficult” days…you are definitely an inspiration. You are doing a great job. I love your videos! I see how hard you work and are exhausted. The one thing that bothers me is you prop their bottles and then leave the room. That is dangerous!!! I have rarely seen you feed them yourself. They are so very adorable and you are awesome too! I just felt I needed to tell you because it comes from the heart, not here to judge in any way.

Yes, be careful with the propping, my uncle’s baby died that way. I have a newborn and 2 toddlers, and you are AWESOME!! You’re doing it with twins!! Children are such a blessing, and yours are SO precious! Be careful with formula, they’re finding heavy metals in A Lot of it, and I think that’s what causes the poor babies so much trouble with it. There’s breast milk banks, and even regular goat’s milk is easy to digest. I’m praying for you mama, you’re doing great!! Blessings
I wasn’t making enough milk for my baby so my midwife prescribed me Domperidone and it flipped my life around. I don’t know if it is available where you live but it doubled my milk supply! Also, I would recommend groups like “Human milk for human babies” where moms who have over supply or just have more milk than their baby can drink give away their milk to other moms who don’t produce enough. I hope that helps because I can see how much you struggle and I’ve been there not too long ago.

Have you tried Goat milk formula? It is the best when you need it, the chemistry of it is the closest to the breastmilk and babies thrive on it! You are an incredible mom and so blessed with all the precious little ones

@Eirini1 I had to use goats milk with my older daughter because my breastmilk was not enough. She was losing weight. They didn't have the formula then, but I had a neighbor that had a farm and had goats. It was an organic farm and he would let me buy milk super cheap (basically covering his cost b/c he was a wonderful man) I'd go and clean, do chores, cook for him and his wife for a few meals a week, etc to help out. But she absolutely THRIVED on it. Within 2 weeks she progressed so much that I was a believer ever since!

I have my husband helping me but it’s still hard trying to get them at the same time to eat and sleep. My daughter is harder to handle so I’ve been the one to get the most of it from her. My son can be a bit difficult but he’s more calm and my daughter I feel like wants the attention

@@laurajones4457 well I put one to sleep and the other wakes up. It’s like they know lol. It’s hard. Last night they both fell asleep at 12. So far I feel like they are starting to sleep their three hours but they can have one of those nights and I just don’t know when it’ll happen again 🥺

I was always blessed with a overwhelming amount of milk, dr said I had enough to feed 4 children. All my children were healthy eaters.
My mom had 6 kids all we were all and here I am with a 8 month old. How y'all do it.
I have a daughter who desperately tried breastfeeding. The baby was tongue tied. Eventually she had to be put on formula. We tried several different formulas. FINALLY had success with goat’s milk. NO GAS, NO SPITTING UP, NO FUSSINESS. It was a GAMECHANGER. We went further (because we couldn’t always get the Aussie Bubs. I had no idea you could make your own formula! We got all the ingredients from Mount Capra (much cheaper and healthier). I love watching UA-cam’s about multiple births and I found out about the homemade formula from a family who had quintuplets, it was life-changing for them as well. As far as fussiness and health.
Another thought but goat milk might be better hopefully someone will come up with something but they are still thriving and will grow out of this stage.UK.x

Goat milk was all my super reflux baby could keep down. There's a really good company now that makes a formula recipe out of goat milk. They have organic sources of vitamins to add to it. I had to use actual goat milk from a farm, but she thrived on it. Still my healthiest kid and she's 15
My son was 3 weeks old taking 2 - 8 oz bottles of milk. He was starving so I started feeding him baby cereal. Just a little at night. He loved it and he felt better

Make sure you are getting enough fat and protein in your diet. Think olive oil, butter, avocado. From a mom of 6, youre doing great.

Shirley here. That crying in the back ground is kind of aggravating. I would never trade my life for someone that's got 4 little ones. U have no time for yourself, but if thst what u want go for it. I had 2 kids plus I had a good job that I loved and still was a good mother. But being around kids 24/7 no way.

With me - we happened to have 4 kids close together and twins are a bit challenging. But when I had one baby, my first girl, life was much-much quieter for me, I still was on a regular schedule with our family dinners, etc. 4 kids under 4 is way harder. That is why I like showing the reality of it, since you don't always know how hard it can get. But I hope you can make a decision on how many kids to have, if any, based on what you know ..You can choose the life you want for yourself, it definitely doesnt have to be as chaotic as mine at the moment 😊💕

I have produced different amounts of breast milk for each baby and I've had four.
Try breastfeeding your baby if you can. It will increase latching.
Secondly give tummy time.
Try pacifiers for babies.
yes, I try ti find time to try and breastfeed, I do now almost always breastfeed one of them, the one that latches.
