I love the juxtaposition of his character too. Like he doesn't mind pimping out prostitutes in people's cars, but you try and throw out a muffin stump without the muffin top, "Can't do it".
I love the smile the girl gives when Susan shows up to confront George. She goes from being offended at $15 to being like, I'll just take this while you handle your business.
There are so many brilliant things about this series. One of them is how the show went about finding these side characters. The parking lot owner is classic! 🤣
George getting home, the Wigmaster being there being so bright and cheery, Susan's hello being so abrasive and then both of them laughing at George, the psychology behind that short interchange is absolutely deep and brilliant when summing up George's nightmare.
You left out a golden park when Jerry is convinced George won't give Kramer a ride to Jiffy Park. Although true, but George is stuck in between the 'wig master' and his future wife whom he doesn't want to marry. Comedy gold
1:01 I understand George’s frustration here. Whenever I’m in the car with my dad he can never decide on a radio station. Sometimes he’ll spend the entire car ride flipping through radio stations
Here’s one for the books: just realized at BREAKFAST that Smuckers is a brand for manufacturing fruit spread, peanut butter, ice cream toppings I coughed and coughed 😂 😂
What made this show so great for me was everyone even the bit characters were just so nasty to each other for no reason at all which made it realistic cuz that's how society is and this has Larry written all over it. This parking attendant for example was determined to beat George into the ground mentally for no reason 🤣
I know that the group of friends in Seinfeld are supposed to be considered selfish and awful. But the people around them were pretty much the same. A lot of times worse.
I like how George is outraged when a condom is found in his car, but when his parents are out of town and they return, his mother finds a condom in her bed and George plays it off like nothing.
if you're talking about the main girl, that's not red, you need your eyes checked, that's dishwater blonde, and yeah she died like 5 years later... while we're on the subject of death, that black guy that whispers in the manager's ear died like not even a year later, they dedicated an episode to him, he worked on the production staff
Yeah, if he threatened to go to the cops, then he would get a free rental for the day. Maybe not a Cadillac Mary Kay, but something respectable like a LaBaron.
The way the wig master mocks George's "good, good day" is perfect, one of those small Seinfeld moments
George leaping on the opportunity to try and wriggle out of getting married.
Not really. All he had to say was he had a doubt. But he chickened out on it.
