On average, what does it usually cost to have these set up/rebuilt on your land?

I absolutely love this build. I would upgrade to closet doors on the 2 rooms downstairs(one wash/dryer and one bathroom). I would ask if the bathroom (sink, toilet, shower), kitchen sink, and laundry room would be plumbed and wired, wood burning stove installed and 2 split ac/heat (one upstairs, one down). Possibly adding a ceiling fan in the living area and removing the back door..
