Hey brother OG sub here great to see you back! I’ve been on TRT for years and it has saved my life. I also take HCG to keep the boys working. Anastrozole is some really strong stuff don’t be afraid to tweak the dosage with your doctor. One milligram is a good starting point given that you’re on 200mg + hcg, but it’s all case-dependant. Some guys aromatize a lot and need more, some need less and others such as myself don’t even need it (I’m on 100mg + 500hcg dosed E3D). If you start feeling your joints a lot more, have trouble sleeping, anxiety or flat out hot flashes it could be a sign you’re crashing. You don’t want too much estrogen but crashing it is horrendous let me tell you. Anyway I figured I’d give you my two cents. Best of luck to you and Heidi :)

Good luck with the protocol, mate. I had the same issues after using test, but used HCG (LH) and HMG (FSH) to great effect. Long story short, my wife is now 24 weeks pregnant with our baby girl after 2-3 months of alternating between 500iu HCG and 75iu HMG every other day. So, take this as some incentive to keep up with the daily jabs and you'll be firing in no time, buddy.
How long have you been using test for brother ?
I had to come off of trt after being on for about 15 years. My total testosterone was 101 on last blood work. How should I go about a restart? Hmg, hcg?
I can attest to this, had 0 sperm count after years (6+) of testosterone usage, started HCG only first, 2000iu per week, after about half a year sperm count was around 100,000 which obviously was still too low. Gonal-F got added in (similar to HMG), 3x per week at 75iu, after 3 months my wife was pregnant and we now have a healthy baby girl, sperm count went up to 8 million from adding in the Gonal-F in just 3 months. During the entire time I kept using testosterone at a round 120mg weekly.

i have high FSH (19.2 - Max range = 12) LH normal (Middle range) but low test (112). Speaking to my endo but im a little concerned i will never be able to have kids

Testosterone:
You can split the Test to 3 times a week, the benefit of doing this is a steadier balance of hormones which will also reduce the sides like high estrogen. This also means you can pin with a smaller syringe, you can use a 29g ½ insulin needle and pin in the shoulders (shallow intramuscular) Derek MPMD made a video about this.
Anastrozole:
The anastrozole is an AI, an aromatase inhibitor which will lower your estrogen. I don't think this is meant for your hair but more to manage your estrogen while on Test and HCG. That being said you shouldn’t take an AI unless you are experiencing side effects of high estrogen. Taking 1mg of anastrozole can crash your estrogen which comes with its own side effects that impact mood, energy and libido.
HCG
Stimulates the testes and will not only bring back your semen production but it will also increase your natural test levels along with estrogen. You didn’t mention your dosage so I can’t really chime in but it does use a very tiny needle and does not hurt at all.

I believe he was probably on a lower dose of test for the longest and then recently with this pro card venture he upped the dose and added in other compounds. He’s definitely not a hyper responder so natty was believable before the muscle retention through prep/bloat post prep.

@guzmanchristian you should try a derma stamp. It’s easier, and doesn’t roll bacteria to other parts of your hair. I’ve used both but derma stamp is so much better.

Honestly it was believable that he was natural before the most recent pro card venture. The muscle retention/post show bloat gave it away. Not to be rude but steroids really aren’t working for him. He doesn’t respond very well so he still looks natty.

I remember in the small gym days he went to see Marc Fitt (a true natural) and Marc was like "you're huge, you're huge" he had seen him 2 months before. Hey Christian! Just a heads up, depending on the length of your derma roller, doing daily rolling can actually do more damage to your skin than help, and make hair growth even worse from scar tissue. If you are going to be doing daily, it should be a .2-.3 mm length needle. If it’s .5 or higher, it should be weekly! Hope this helps man, I’ve seen great progress with a similar setup, except I went with Finasteride over nutrafol after not seeing much progress.

You can spray it on your finger tips and then rub it onto your scalp. Also, for shampoo - you need to apply it twice and only into your scalp..suds will take care of the hair. (1st application to wash away debris/grime/dirt/oil. The other application to actually clean the scalp/roots). Then applying conditioner to ends and mids. Scalp oil regeneration will moisturize the root area.
Good shampoo brands will actually cost you less as you won't be shampooing every single shower.

You should micro dose/ split your doses of Test throughout the week so you have steady test levels. Once a week is gonna mess you up. I typically add HCG after every blast and cruise cycle for a month to maintain fertility. Best of luck Christian!

22:26 if those are 10ml bottles, you may want to ask for 10 x 1ml bottles. 10ml are supposed to be only used in the clinical and can be used (once seal is broken) within a week.

And I got the same stuff about 3 months ago and I’m breaking up my test .5 twice a week and it’s giving me a way better result on my sperm production . The doctor tried having me break down 200mg 5-7 days a week and it didn’t work as good. Keep it twice a week. HCG was amazing !!!! Helped my get my wife pregnant super quick

He said that he only used test a few times and not till recently. Like he said he competed natural for most of those years. And a little test boost isn’t anything like what a lot of the huge body builders are doing. All test really does is help you recover a little faster
You can buy a derma pen instead of the derma roller, that way the needles will apply to your sculpt better, but it hurts more :D
