I've watched this particular video so many times (among a plethora of your others) and can't even explain how much my knowledge has grown. With someone with ADHD, this provides someone like me with another method to chisel my knowledge without sitting behind my textbook constantly. Thank you so much for your knowledge and coaching abilities, Coach Drake! Passing the proctored certification is surely in my near future! And I will be thanking you when I do, my dude!!

Love to see these videos as I have recently passed my NASM. However you said that the Rectus Femoirs originates in the ASIS but its the AIIS. Thank you for your hard work.

I honestly don't know how I bought your course to help with NASM,watched all your videos but missed this one.The book was basically worthless.Chris Hitchko,Doug Blake and you put it all together for me.I started at a gym but don't like the 25 min sessions. It's rushed.I am 50,pretty good genetics, built nice but felt helping younger girls was creepy due to the way they were dressed and that's my thing, they get to dress how they want.I am going to start working with the mature market.

Hi, Joe. You misspoke saying that "quads drive knee flexion".
    They drive knee extension.
    Love your videos!
