MONTHLY -> DAILY
WEEKLY -> 4 HR
DAILY -> 1 HR
4 HR -> 15 MIN
1 HR -> 5 MIN
15 MIN -> 1 MIN
but what does it mean actually? If i want to trade for 15min i check 1 min time frame?
On the higher time frame you look for the overall trade setups and on the lower time frame you look for entries

The time zone is depends on how you wanna trade. For example if you wanna hold something for 20-30 days you have to use 1d time frame. If you wanna do scalping you have to choose 3 mint time frame. If you wanna do day trading then 2-3 and 4 hour time frame is best🎉

There is no secret in trading orderblocks, the only secret is that you stink your chair while doing videos like this because you make your money from youtube, not from trading. While institutions will adapt markets to all strategies you show us it will be useless to even look at a chart and find something that works because nothing will work because of you.
